Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

@Soxthewavingcat @EE I hope Mike just got unlucky. I have Asperger’s & I’m with @EE & they’ve been brilliant when I’ve ranted at them re their data service (I have no access to wifi here, so I have unlimited data). The agents I’ve dealt with really seem to understand my brain’s wired differently

@EE I received a text a from 5th of Jan saying "We're making improvements to our network in Haringey area which might affect your service".. It hasn't been the same since, I used to have 3-4bars 4G now I hardly get 1 bar.. Advise?

@EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.
