@EE No point in trying a little to late to not want me upset! , my network and 4G don’t work and you’re over charging me for my bills 😡😡

  • Me_Scuba_Steve Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • Duty_human T E Wood (@Duty_human) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@LozzaFox @EE They are all awful

  • SuzanneBidlake Suzanne Bidlake (@SuzanneBidlake) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

I’m on the @EE network, at home, with 4 bars of signal but unable to make or receive calls. Not for the first time in recent weeks. Help please

  • Stug4grey 🇬🇧 SG (@Stug4grey) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@EE your reception on 4g is pretty poor the last few days. Any coincidence it's been since I went into sim only?

  • unwin765 Unwin (@unwin765) reported from Whitchurch, England

@EE Shane you can fix my nearest transmitter for over a month !

  • markstanborough Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK You lobbied to get rid of the pesky EU laws that expressly outlawed these roaming charges..... Rather than blame the companies why not own your ****?

  • left_pegger Left Pegger (@left_pegger) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK This is what you voted for you stupid ****.

  • OliverGunnell Oliver Gunnell (@OliverGunnell) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Better signal on EE though, even more so in UK rural locations as part of their readiness to take over the Emergency services network.

  • cheese_slim BigCheeseSlim (@cheese_slim) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official EU roaming charge is ridiculous, I will probably switch from EE to another network at some point

  • ronwmn Ron England (@ronwmn) reported

@EE What’s the data cap on roam abroad? £10 a month ain’t too bad.

  • rohancjp Rohan (@rohancjp) reported

@EE You knew this was coming and played it down. If this is leading customer service I have yet another reason to ditch you.

  • BoscoTann J Tann (@BoscoTann) reported

@EE Dear EE, you don't seem to be responding to messages about roaming charges. Perhaps you should ignore the issue and hope it goes away...

  • rzeta0 Tariq ☕ (@rzeta0) reported

    Hey @EE I have a question. (I'm a customer)

  • mistermrj mrj (@mistermrj) reported

There is no other way to describe @EE decision to reintroduce roaming than a squalid money grabbing exercise. No regulation, laws or extra costs are involved. Exactly what customer service improvements are they planning - pls explain or time for people to exercise consumer choice
