@EE This has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. We’ve lost earnings working from home, @EE tell us they will not compensate for this. In terms of when this will be fixed we are continually lied to. whatever you do, stay clear of @EE. Worst customer service I’ve known

been using these 2 gammy as hell mobile wifi devices for 8 months now and we've had to rely on our (supposedly worse signal + much cheaper) phone hotspot from 3 pretty much the entire time. @EE were totally reliable before i locked myself into this 2 year contract, naturally..

fascinating that i can somehow use 5gb of data and be given £8.34 in unidentified extra charges on day 1 of my monthly contract for my mobile wifi despite the internet literally not successfully connecting once. @EE, what in ********?
