    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE No point in trying a little to late to not want me upset! , my network and 4G don’t work and you’re over charging me for my bills 😡😡

    Anyone know if I can cancelling my @EE phone contract a year in. I only changed from Vodafone because EE said they were the best for coverage. Yet again today I have no signal!!! 🤬

    @stevetyler1966 @EE @rootmetrics Yeah it’s the worst part - even outside of EU. Going to the US and effectively become reliant on WiFi to do anything useful or being charged crazy prices for tiny data is crazy.

    @EE hi there I was due to get £20 of two monthly bills but they haven’t taken 20 of this months bill when I was told there would be due to a extra charge to my account and the trouble with that?

    @EE No problem, I’ll just do that. I googled the issue and many people have had the same problem but I can see a fix anywhere so I’m not sure what’s happening but I’ll just call later. Thanks for trying!
