    @EE Because my experience with #EE has been awful. My phone doesn’t work in Europe, the reception at home is dreadful (despite the salesman reassuring us that we’re in a good reception area). They cut MY phone off when my son upgraded & our #EE broadband is the worst we’ve ever had.

    @EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    @EE She really listened to my needs and found me the best plan and option with zero pushiness. I was only thinking about upgrading early, and her service made me sure. X

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    So just worked it out. @EE expect me to pay nearly £109 per month for my contract now they have removed two discounts even though they stated to @OmbudsmanServi1 last year they had no end date. My account is flagged with @EE for vulnerability issues but they are happy to do this.

    @MartinSLewis @EE absolutely APPAULED to find my mum has being paying £33.50 a month for her contract for the last 18 months when her handset was paid off. @EE you have sent 1 text and now have told her your contracts don’t work like that you never pay the handset off….
