    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    @EE Hi my view there are no quiet times I was told, so how can there be busy times the opposite has to be true as well, my view is it is a staffing level issue, and you guys are short staffed, I eventually got through and topped up..

    @maxtappenden19 @whippletom I've had a look at @EE's 5GEE home routers. The service looks just as expensive as Virgin Media's cable broadband. I also find running a smart TV tethered to my iPhone's 5G hotspot to be really flaky, so I'm not sure if one of their 5G routers would be any better.

    @EE sort your signal out!!! I've been with you for years & over the last few months your signal has just decided to drop-& its getting worse. 1st it was just a certain point on my road but now I can't even take phone calls in my house without it cutting out! Whats that about?!

    @EE Thanks for your prompt and helpful response. Indicative of @EE customer support, and very different from the forceful, at times unreasonable and unprofessional responses I’ve had from @BritishTelecoms. But it is perhaps a great company. My anecdotal evidence is naturally limited.
