@EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

  • Clerkenwill William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

  • RussWWFC ⚽Russell Cox💙 (@RussWWFC) reported from Hazlemere, England

@tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Hey @EE my phone signal has been on barely 1 bar for the past couple of days. Is there an issue in the Oxford area?

  • andrewjskatz Andrew Katz 🍍 (@andrewjskatz) reported from Merton, England

I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

  • mrthomsonalex Alex Thomson (@mrthomsonalex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

  • alexwaltonpt Alex Walton (@alexwaltonpt) reported from Oxfordshire, England

    @tommyr82 @EE @SkyMobileCorp @tommyr82 moving to Sky is a no brainier. @EE were charging me £59pm on a shit deal & @SkyMobileCorp offer me £36pm, 8gb data with IPhone 11....

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

  • AlexGorham96 Alex Gorham (@AlexGorham96) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

  • markstanborough Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

  • Gobshy8e Stevie Stevie (@Gobshy8e) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

  • Me_Scuba_Steve Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

  • lukehashman Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England

No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

  • carboncoach Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

  • travellingbex Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

  • pezzaspurs Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

  • DrWho3000 Mork Clare (@DrWho3000) reported from Oxfordshire, England

  • markstanborough Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BelfastDon BelfastDon (@BelfastDon) reported

@OldLadyBedtime @Saf282 @EE What will you morons do if all the network providers advertise on the new channel that hasn’t actually broadcast yet ?

  • TonywalkerTony Tony Walker (@TonywalkerTony) reported

@SouthwarkMatt @Femi_Sorry @EE Or poor Matthew. Best not upset his friend

  • Tom_Ryan87 Tom (@Tom_Ryan87) reported

@StopFundingHate @EE I have been a loyal customer since T-mobile and would be more than happy for you to advertise on GB News! What a great opportunity

  • TruckerTimmy75 Trucker Timmy (@TruckerTimmy75) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Demi you’re full of ****. You didn’t switch “almost as soon as they took over” if you were an Orange customer you instantly became an EE customer. The only choice you had was stay or leave. Stop perpetuating absolute bollocks to people that are too stupid to think.

  • Scrobby Carl 🎃 (@Scrobby) reported

@Philly4sure @EE Work out which other one is least objectionable and switch to them, like I said. If all of them advertise on GB News (and, as I have said, I don’t think they will), I’ll have to base that on the other companies they support.

  • GracenFavour Grace and Favour (@GracenFavour) reported

@Northern_Bobby @mattsard @EE . As an aside - I've now ditched EE (after 20 years) and am now with Lebara, (they use Vodaphone), monthly PAYG, much better reception than EE, and can change contract up or down in a month without penalty! . No brainer for me

  • Philly4sure Philly (@Philly4sure) reported

@Scrobby @EE So basically you will just stay with EE because all the service providers use exactly the same modeling for their business profiles.

  • FlowersHughes A Mother of Sons 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 (@FlowersHughes) reported

@EE for some reason your mobile Internet has just died on me tonight. Suddenly no signal at all, occasionally a weak "E". Just sat at home in Oldham as usual.

  • SolWpolski Sol - #HandsFaceSpace (@SolWpolski) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Don’t be a troll Femi. Hey @EE if you censor GBNews before it even starts then I’ll cancel my contract. #DefundGBNews

  • BigMoBrazier Martin Brazier (@BigMoBrazier) reported

@Femi_Sorry @EE Only want to hear words and ideas that match yours. Frightened of counter opinions. Cancel all opposing views. There is a word for this that escapes me ..........
