EE Issues Reports Near East Hagbourne, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in East Hagbourne and nearby locations:

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

Another 20 minutes trying to get through to @EE , they're still denying there's a problem with their service. Even though they can't call me when I'm at the house because of no service....

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

  • MonsieurSambers Jerrie Sambers (@MonsieurSambers) reported from Reading, England

@EE I don’t mind the charges. And yes, a new phone won’t be bad at all.

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

  • Williams_i_am1 Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England

If you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE

  • RustyBearsMum Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

@EE Your phone system's not fixed yet. My husband's unable to make or receive calls (as at 13.46 in central London). Help!!

  • FMTDC Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Milton, England

@EE @professorgreen @rickedwards1 It wouldn’t be any good trying to make that important call from @EE network.

  • nanafasante N9 SZN 🥽 (@nanafasante) reported from Reading, England

    @EE Na the problem persists

  • mkn1ght Ultra Mugnus (@mkn1ght) reported from Reading, England

Anyone else on @EE getting a "No mobile data service - Temporarily turned off by your operator" message?

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬

  • JackCooper92 Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

  • mattrogers9 Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Didcot, England

@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue

  • prometheus3 Dr Katie Bates (@prometheus3) reported from Reading, England

Really great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.

  • pali1603 Pali Palajegan (@pali1603) reported from East Hendred, England

    @EE @raphael_blk No network

  • ImogenRyan93 Imogen (@ImogenRyan93) reported from Reading, England

Just ordered my new Samsung S20 Ultra 512Gb, I'll never have to delete a single picture again 😍 @EE

  • rishidwadhwa wadhwaRD (@rishidwadhwa) reported from Reading, England

I have never had such poor and service from you guys! I’m even past my cooling off period ! And I haven’t got my router swapped! Better to go with @EE or @SkyUK !

  • ImogenRyan93 Imogen (@ImogenRyan93) reported from Reading, England

Should I just give up and realise my S20 Ultra is never going to arrive 😩 @EE

  • ddloua Andrea Gray (@ddloua) reported from Abingdon, England

@EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

  • RustyBearsMum Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

    @EE @Terywall @AndrewRPines Still not working...

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DanielA15184618 Daniel Andrew (@DanielA15184618) reported

@EE Poor show EE saying you have no ans to introduce Europe roaming charges and then do it really poor show makes me re think if I want to be with a network that goes back on its word that just leads to anything being changed

  • civetta em (@civetta) reported

@EE @Allan_Lunn At the moment I'm working with the kind of kids who needed that support as an absolute minimum. Your citing them as an excuse for this decision is a disgrace.

  • Red65Dave Red Dave🌹#FBPE #FBPA #3.5% (@Red65Dave) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Good luck with that Tom. So have O2 - the rest will follow very shortly. Although I'm pretty sure you said all this would never happen and it was project fear. I bet you feel a bit silly now ???

  • AlecWood AlecWood (@AlecWood) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply Jess, I wasn't expecting any at all to be honest. I've been an @EE customer since the beginning, T-Mobile/Orange days, but I travel a lot normally so I guess I'll be looking elsewhere after this contract

  • something_UX Jayhm (@something_UX) reported

@EE A network I can count on... To reintroduce roaming charges despite saying they wouldn't? I've never wanted to be someone bitching at a company on Twitter, and you've turned me into one. EE, failing #WhenItCounts

  • veryslickpaul Paul Hurst (@veryslickpaul) reported

@EE Equally; "EE said on Thursday that introducing the charges would 'support investment into our UK based customer service and leading UK network'." So the plan is to charge those going to the EU more, to pay for the UK infrastructure. It feels like that cost should be spread.

  • denkmit Simon Patterson (@denkmit) reported

@plankeiy @EE The problem with a daily charge is that it’s completely unfair to those of us from border communities. Will I get accidentally charged every time I lose signal at my home and my phone switches to an Irish network? Probably.

  • Droobus droobus (@Droobus) reported

@EE @Allan_Lunn Ooh, this is a bad take @EE. Not going to end well.

  • x0xnashx0x Natasha (@x0xnashx0x) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK Will cancel my EE products. The company is just looking for even more profits. Don't sugar coat it.

  • pscarrott Paul Scarrott (@pscarrott) reported

@EE @kevinbellwood Poor EE, its a wonder they can drag themselves in each day given the mere £1billion a year profit the parent company is making.
