Khurram Qayam (@kqbrain) reported from Reading, EnglandSuffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@EE But if you aren't providing the WIFI, you aren't providing the service. So I should be able to opt out of my contract without a fee
-
Jerrie Sambers (@MonsieurSambers) reported from Reading, England@EE I don’t mind the charges. And yes, a new phone won’t be bad at all.
-
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

Imogen (@ImogenRyan93) reported from Reading, EnglandShould I just give up and realise my S20 Ultra is never going to arrive 😩 @EE
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE Yeah but unless they provide me with some free wifi, they aren't providing the service. Maybe pay Richard Bacon less for shite adverts and put some phone masts up.
-
Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, EnglandIf you ever have the opportunity to go with @EE because of a desk you've seen. Absolutely don't bother. No service, poor customer services and no solutions that don't involved paying them more money. JOKE
-
Dr. Mark Shanahan (@LeapfrogMark) reported from Abingdon, EnglandWhich marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.
-
Dr Katie Bates (@prometheus3) reported from Reading, EnglandReally great service from @EE and @WeAreOpenreach this morning. Lovely engineer, so nice not to have someone complain at installing a line in a flat. WiFi back to working perfectly.
-
Gary Brown (@Gazbrown1981) reported from Harwell, England@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. Zac (@Williams_i_am1) reported from Theale, England@SamsHusband @EE They said that if they can't provide signal, I'm free to leave my contract. Then told me if I get wifi (on order just not with them) that it will solve my problem. Useless network.
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too
-
Steven (@nurburgsteve) reported from Theale, England@BarclaysUKHelp I have a payment that failed Saturday on Apple Pay from @EE but the money is still being held, even though EE said the payment didn’t get that far can you help please ?

-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

-
'Honest' JonWilliams (@honestjon74) reportedI’m so glad I’m out of contract with @EE finally!!!!! Never in my life have I seen a company go downhill so rapidly over the last few years. -
Nick (@_nicks_tweets) reported@EE having any issues with roaming??
-
Katharinebarton (@katharinebarto6) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
-
Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
-
Hope is NOT a Strategy (@cunningstuntss1) reported@EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.
-
CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported@Anarchy_Jim @status_is_down @EE carrier roaming going down while you're abroad is genuinely nightmare fuel pro tip for next time — grab a local eSIM as a backup before you fly. takes 30 seconds, no passport scan, and you're never stranded like this again
