    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    @EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    @EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    @EE can I please have an update on when to expect my new iPhone? I’m aware of a stock issue but I was told by in store and on the phone id probably get it last week due to phones coming in, and the online tracker is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

    @EE it takes more as being fast, to be Nb 1. I changed my D.d. now I have to wait three months to get Apple Watch, order provider i am with hem one year with same problems trusting my and give me without any question that Apple Watch. I hope your deal with other people fairer.

    @EE do you recommend a cheap PAYG SIM plan for a non-smartphone - just to put in the phone for emergencies if our smartphones don't work? Our previous network said we had to regularly send a text from it, as it would be disconnected if it was unused for a while.

    @EE been with you for 18 mths & had notification that contract was ending. After talking with one of your service team, Michael, we opted to switch providers. He told me we pay in advance for & the last payment would be taken end Nov, meaning we were covered until Dec 31st.

    @EE have trade in prices for older iphone models dropped since the start of this lockdown? I put a deposit down on the 12 pro in store before they closed but now i’m concerned that the trade in price for my phone won’t cover the early upgrade fee 😭

    @EE My husband @kirkinho7 has tried to upgrade yesterday and today online with no luck. He has also sent DMs to you. Please can someone respond & help him? He is a loyal customer & your service isn’t great so far.
