They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
