    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    @England @EE Gotta be Millie Bright for me. Beth Mead showed up when it was easy. When it got to proper hard games she went missing then got injured. Millie was a defensive juggernaut and damn, that moment she had to play a forward was absolutely monstrous. She was a nightmare.

    Sick fed up of the crap service from @O2 mobile data barely working, calls going straight to vmail, can't connect when dialing out, texts won't send. And the excuse is because some mast has been removed.. Paying £55/mth for this?! Had it. Moving to @EE

    @IkeagoneKatz @EE I've found that if I dial 150 and just listen to the start of the message where it tells you your balance, then hang up, I then receive a text within a few seconds with all of my allowance details.

    @EE really disspointed in your technical support team. I keep getting cut off due to a poor phone signal in NW5 London when it was once fine. No call back after initial contact with ee, really.. really poor. I'm thinking of leaving ee because of this.
