@EE I’m so sick of my crappy signal! For the past month or so- sudden drop outs of signal out of nowhere, constant call failures and loss off 3/4G!

  • mattrogers9

@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue

  • markstanborough
Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

@EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

  • _CreateEvents
Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???

  • travellingbex
Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE for the past 2 days I have been getting calls from random uk numbers (mobile and landlines), already had 3 today and its 9am! Have stopped answering them but it's annoying! Help!? #EE #spamcalls

  • Clerkenwill
William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

  • travellingbex
Bex Allen (@travellingbex) reported from Oxfordshire, England

Hey @EE my phone signal has been on barely 1 bar for the past couple of days. Is there an issue in the Oxford area?

  • lukehashman
Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England

No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

  • Mepheisto
Jake Bevan (@Mepheisto) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE Lost my patience with this now. I’m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that you’re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

  • carboncoach
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Marlow Bottom, England

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

  • RustyBearsMum
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England

    @EE @Terywall @AndrewRPines Still not working...

  • pezzaspurs
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

  • GarethDeanPR
Gareth Dean (@GarethDeanPR) reported from South Stoke, England

@EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

  • alexwaltonpt
Alex Walton (@alexwaltonpt) reported from Oxfordshire, England

    @tommyr82 @EE @SkyMobileCorp @tommyr82 moving to Sky is a no brainier. @EE were charging me £59pm on a shit deal & @SkyMobileCorp offer me £36pm, 8gb data with IPhone 11....

  • Jamie367p
Jamie Goodliffe (@Jamie367p) reported from Henley-on-Thames, England

Appalled by @EE customer service this afternoon. After I incurred a roaming charge clearly issued in error, nobody wants to resolve the issue. It’s great, hand over thousands of pounds to them and when there’s an error of £1.50 they won’t budge.

  • Matieoo
matt (@Matieoo) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

  • m1mssss
M🌶MS (@m1mssss) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE No point in trying a little to late to not want me upset! , my network and 4G don’t work and you’re over charging me for my bills 😡😡

    Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported

@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.

  • MichaelPyle3
    Michael (@MichaelPyle3) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.

  • lsl_scott
    Lisa :) (@lsl_scott) reported

@EE Why tell me to call when I have to make a complaint online? More time wasting.

  • WorbleGames
    Ben (@WorbleGames) reported

@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  • afaldridge
    Alan Aldridge (@afaldridge) reported

@EE @Vizique Your customer service is a waste of time. I have been trying for the past 3 days, get nowhere.

  • peterhunter1233
    Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported

@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.

  • panchi_hoop
    A -8 (@panchi_hoop) reported

@EE hi I been sent a letter to my address with an unknown person name requesting return of equipment. I am not a customer or have never requested any equipment.

  • mightymarkuk
    Mark Bell (@mightymarkuk) reported

@EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

  • NatashaB819
    Natasha (@NatashaB819) reported

@EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

  • carlbell85
    Carl bell (@carlbell85) reported

@EE Tried that they can't help I will stop paying the bill and see how long it takes you to sort it then
