    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply but what we needed was a decent sales person. Never mind, we’ll just buy it direct from @Apple and change all our mobiles over to @EE and do it that way.

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

    @EE I hope ur planning on giving ur customer compensation for the inconvenience you've caused us all today. This is #absolutely #ridiculous considering we pay for a service that we actually rely on in 2022 it's now 2hrs & 45mins & still no data 🙄

    @EE am I and others entitled to money off our phone bills if use can’t promise us a good service, because why am I and millions of others paying for phones where the entire network is down???

    @RCGRACE @EE I only moved to EE a month ago. It was going well! This is now the worst outage I've had for years... what's ridiculous is that EE are impossible to get hold of and their own advice and contact routes do not even work.

    @EE is something going on? I’m only getting 3G coverage (would expect 4/5 round here) and I can’t access any network services. I get error “PDP Authentication Failure” on my iPhone.
