@EE Any chance that in 2022 you could provide me with a decent broadband service.

  • caitlin68508196 caitlin barker (@caitlin68508196) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@EE @SamKompfner There’s definitely no work being carried out, your network is DOWN. Can you confirm what you are doing about it?

  • WobblyBoater 🍦Wobbly Boater 🍦 (@WobblyBoater) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply but what we needed was a decent sales person. Never mind, we’ll just buy it direct from @Apple and change all our mobiles over to @EE and do it that way.

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England

@EE Could you pls tell me why I had no broadband service for the whole of last night in Lu61he?

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

  • unwin765 Unwin (@unwin765) reported from Whitchurch, England

@EE Shane you can fix my nearest transmitter for over a month !

  • lukehashman Luke Hashman (@lukehashman) reported from Princes Risborough, England

No service on @EE at the moment. Reported it to see if there’s a wider issue and apparently they will get back to me “within 48 hours”. Not the most helpful…

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England

@EE I’ve given you a “shout”, so why no response! I’ve also sent a dm to some useless idiot called Peter who doesn’t have the decency to respond either!

  • markstanborough Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

  • Stug4grey 🇬🇧 SG (@Stug4grey) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@EE your reception on 4g is pretty poor the last few days. Any coincidence it's been since I went into sim only?

  • Wharfemeister Andrew O'Connor (@Wharfemeister) reported from Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards, England

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

  • _CreateEvents Sarah Miller (@_CreateEvents) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@EE when will the signal in a Buckinghamshire improve? For the last week the signal is so poor there is no 4G???

  • pezzaspurs Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

  • markstanborough Mark Stanborough (@markstanborough) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE Morning, please can you let me know if there is a problem with the #ee signal in Alyesbury? I cannot receive or make calls and I have not 4g. Thanks in advance

  • Me_Scuba_Steve Steve H (@Me_Scuba_Steve) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

  • adntaylor Alex Taylor (@adntaylor) reported from Tring, England

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

Check your bills with @EE . Been overcharged since 2018. Customer service don’t get back to you when they say they will, then when you call them they change their answers mid call, without checking the facts first. PAC code received, who’s the best provider now?
