They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. Just a little acknowledgement of the problems there and a note to say you would look into it would do wonders

Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔
