I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!
