I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩
