Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.
