    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    @EE I was on hold for 40 minutes before speaking to someone. We’d nearly finished renewing my contract and your system crashes so we can’t complete the order. The customer service woman said she’d call back but didn’t. Please call in the morning as you’d promised

    @Gonejango87 @EE We had no internet for 8 days. EE are truly awful. Had to threaten them with ofcom to get any compensation, it even states no internet after 48hrs on their T&Cs u get compensation for each day. Still didn't get the full amount. Contract up in April then going elseware.

    @EE @EE did that, using a mobile device - same outcome - the calling number is not covered by my roaming plan and the PAYG SIM is not reading - is there an online help or chat option?

    @actuallymrsrees @EE I've always found their customer service good. They don't seem to care anymore about long term customers or offering good deals, Sim card prices also seem to change depending what model phone you have... rip off imo

    @EE I want to make a complaint. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in all my life. I had to cancel my Pay Monthly for the new IPhone and now I loose my payg credit until they move me back to payg. EE is a shamble. Been on the phone for an hour and I’m going to O2 now

    @EE Complaints lodged already. If somebody doesnt call me as promised, telling me the issue is sorted by Weds at 1800 then I'm done. Been going on for 2 weeks now, called 4 different times, spoken to about 9 people and I'm done chasing.
