    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅบ

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding Iโ€™m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and Iโ€™ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row Iโ€™ve run out of data as a result.

    @EE Lost my patience with this now. Iโ€™m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that youโ€™re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

    My issue is was there not a big commotion ref the poppy last year @premierleague @AVFCOfficial and now jumping on this band wagon. Sorry there are good & bad in every kind @EE letโ€™s start promoting the good and not the bad @MarcAllera

    @EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

    Iโ€™m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems canโ€™t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    @EE IT SEEMS THAT YOU AREN'T WILLING TO HELP EITHER... I CANNOT TEXT BECAUSE THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY TOP UP SERVICE... YET YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE SUM OF ยฃ19.60... AND STILL NO MONEY IN MY MOBILE... I'VE SPENT ALMOST ALL DAY WITH TESCO MOBILE WHO WILL NOT ?!

    @EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills

    @untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
