    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE @MarcAllera really is about time something can be done about the amount of nuisance calls we get over the network now! Keep blocking on the iPhone but this very annoying now

    I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

    @EE Hello, if a new customer orders a new sim only contract, do they automatically get an e-sim for that contract? If not how do they request an e-sim at checkout?

    @EE You’re having an absolute joke putting my bill up by Β£5.53 a month most of the time I have no service in my house ! I get no signal at work ! Can’t even make a phone call paying Β£60 a month been a customer 16yrs 😑😑😑 I want something doing!!

    As Twitter is mostly for moaning, I thought it only fair to say that the service I've just got from @EE was really quite good. Not only did they answer their phone immediately (I know!), I got a discount on renewing my contract "for being a loyal customer for 21 years"
