@EE Hi, is there a problem in the NN7 area? We have had very slow/intermittent or no WiFi recently. It makes working from home impossible. We are paying for a service we are not getting!

My issue is was there not a big commotion ref the poppy last year @premierleague @AVFCOfficial and now jumping on this band wagon. Sorry there are good & bad in every kind @EE let’s start promoting the good and not the bad @MarcAllera

I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

@AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

@EE you have no problem ordering a new line/sim online in a few minutes. Why do you force me to speak to an agent when I want to cancel? Why the dark pattern? You really think users will give up because it is too complicated? All you’re achieving is pissing off your customers…
