@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.

@ee putting my phone bill up by £12 a month is outrageous! I already pay £89, bet as soon as prices come down you won’t be putting them back down, money robbing!! 😡😡

@O2 I’m having trouble activating iMessage since porting my number to you from @EE on Tuesday. Chat support in the O2 app just tell me to contact Apple who in turn tell me to contact O2. I have DM’d you a few hours ago

@EE I'm trying to resolve my #vulnerable elderly mother's complaint of being missold a device. Despite my case being 'elevated as an urgent matter' this is the first reply I've had in a week from @EE that's not really the 'best customer experience' now is it?
-
Emily Matthews (@EmilyFM) reported
Thanks for increasing my bill @EE, this contract has gone up about £20 in 18 months, absolutely ridiculous considering I can barely get signal in my own house and the app is hard to access. Definitely won’t be using you again.
-
Jack brindle (@Johnbri72316458) reported
Lovely message from @EE this morning, due to inflation we are putting your bill up £8.24 great way to treat your customer of 14 years guess who I won’t be renewing with ever again
-
J₳₭Ɇ (@jakeclarke1306) reported
@EE keep hammering on these ridiculous price increases “in line with inflation” which is 8.8%, which by the way, these increases are WAY higher than 8.8%, thinking we ain’t just gonna tell them to **** right off at the end of our contracts? Nah. Buh-bye 🖕

Aaron Price-Moore (@aarondaniel_9) reported
I'm sorry but @EE putting my monthly bill up by £7.20 a month in line with inflation feels criminal when you know they will never lower their prices back down again. #CostOfLiving
-
Mark HAWTHORNE (@jimmybumpkin) reported from Derbyshire, England
@EE no mobile signal at home address for 2 days now - told by Customer Service to use wifi calling - but guess what, my contract is going up by 14% - can you please get it resolved ? 3 handsets at home cannot be used effectively...
