I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

My issue is was there not a big commotion ref the poppy last year @premierleague @AVFCOfficial and now jumping on this band wagon. Sorry there are good & bad in every kind @EE let’s start promoting the good and not the bad @MarcAllera

@EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

Come on @EE. Using my 14 cooling off to cancel a contract signed up in error. Can't use web chat (despite the contract being done that way), can't ring 150 (free) but must use a 20p/min num. I'm nearly an hour on that number! Online form has to be printed and sent back. Very poor

Hi @EE, my broadband is still not working. Yesterday the booked engineer didn’t show up. Today the rescheduled engineer didn’t arrive either.. this is pretty dreadful service. How many times do I have to request the fault to be fixed? #poorservice #homebroadband
