Congratulations @EE that’s a full month today with NO broadband, being pushed from pillar to post and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Finally having to resort to naming and shaming on social media to see if someone cares?

This is @EE/TMobile UK customer service at its best! Seriously? not even a DM or request for info to assist abroad? I think @VodafoneUK is about to get my💰instead. Such a shame the only global company (US+EU) is T-Mobile~sigh. And they’re handled by EE?! I’ll never understand!

@EE after receiving very poor customer service this morning I've had to resort to complaining on twitter. @EE do you think it's acceptable to give customers a run around? Why can't on call disputes be escalated to ranking service providers immediately? Appalling services.
