I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

@ee provides me with a better Wi-Fi service using my mobile hotspot at this rate I will be getting Wi-Fi from them and leaving you this is diabolical and most definitely breaks our contract.

@EE why am I getting calls from people saying I've called them? Twice now I've had a call from a number identical to mine except the last 3 digits saying I called them? Also i called back another one who called me and they said they never rang anyone?? What is going on?

@EE Just phoned your customer services about my broadband contact which has just ended. I wanted to extend my current contract for 5 months, not renew for 18 months. This is second home hardly used for last year anyway. Why so unfair?

@EE Hi there, your network went down in Harrow yesterday, was still out this morning, coverage checker now says no problems. Our Broadband is still out though. Have reset the router etc. Kind of a pain when I'm working from home! Help!
