I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

@EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

My issue is was there not a big commotion ref the poppy last year @premierleague @AVFCOfficial and now jumping on this band wagon. Sorry there are good & bad in every kind @EE let’s start promoting the good and not the bad @MarcAllera

@EE I can’t even call 150 to report the issue. When I dial the 08009566000 from landline it’s very slow and then eventually cuts me off after 5 minutes. How can I log this fault?
