    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE never will I use EE. My friend who works in care has been left with a nearly £800 phone bill. She has made a complaint which EE decided to close 4 times without resolution! They are being so unhelpful and keep being difficult for the sake of it. It's disgusting.

    @EE You want an honest opinion? Your company simply ups cost over inflation plus a percentage. I am seeing an over 8% increase with nothing in return. Same as always. Your customer service also critiqued other customers over resolving. Horrid company. Leaving as soon as I can do!

    @EE @JOOPERS2014 @EE Same. No signal at home. Increased prices. End of contract. Leaving. I can’t see any benefit to customers of taking out a 24 month contract now it has a variant price clause.. ..especially one that at the time of taking out the contract is unpublished/unknown and volatile

    @EE as soon as I can move from you and to another provider. ALWAYS been about getting as much money from your customers whilst providing little to zero in return, but as long as you can afford @kevinbacon its fine. Terrible company and the worst customer service. #costofliving

    @EE A £5.31 increase every month is funking disgusting. I have a recorded conversation when purchasing my contract, Where one of your agents stated that it would never go up more than £1 every 3 months. Disgusting behaviour. I will be taking this recording to a financial ombudsman

    @TalbotBex @EE Try another service provider, one who doesn't impose exorbitant increases on their contracts. Over 18% price hike this year by EE, it's a disgrace!

    @maurice_1960 @EE it's been awful. been on to them 4 times now. don't get me wrong they have been trying but it's just getting silly! to be honest I doubt I will be with them after this contract after the 14 per cent increase!

    Please can someone from @EE business get in touch asap. I am abroad with no reception or network and it is impossible to get in touch with a human. I’ve tried from my wife’s phone & tried to find an email. I’ve been a loyal business customer for yrs, you’re service is appalling.

    @EE just had my first bad customer service experience with EE after trying to see if I can do anything to my plan to soften the price increase. Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!
