@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

@EE I’m in India and have been trying to access a data pass by messaging TRAVEL to 150. It’s been well over 24 hours and I have had no reply. Can you please help? I’ve paid for some 50MB data add ons but they run out very fast. I need the data pass to be set up. Thanks

@EE how do I get out of a sim only contract? I have been with you for absolutely years, renewed last year 24mo contract, another year left to go and the signal I get with EE is utterly shambolic. It literally works nowhere. Something to do with a 'network guarantee?'...

@sandrachataway @EE It’s all network providers not just them. At least nowadays they are provided to send you a reminder the contract is coming to an end. The 30 day notifice to terminate is always in T&C’s but course people don’t always read them. Once bitten eh.

Well took over a month to cancel Virgin Media but after @EE couldn't even be bothered to come connect us up, we have had to go back to Virgin @EE you failed to connect the equipment
