I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

@EE we've had 3 missed deliveries of an upgrade. Customer service no help, and apparently no managers available until afternoon. Can't even leave EE until the phone is delivered, but that may be weeks. You holding us hostage is unacceptable. Can anyone help?
