They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. There doesn’t appear to be any way to provide feedback to EE. I don’t have a TV license. I do not want to be able to see BBC. I can delete from Firestick but not from EE.
