    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a โ€˜Sorry We Could Find That Pageโ€™ each time on checkout! Canโ€™t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth ยฃ34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

    @EE been trying to pay my phone bill this morning, both online and on the phone via your auto system, says theirs a payment issue and its unable to take my payment? Any idea as to what's going on or how I can pay my bill (account was suspended if thst helps)

    @EE Lost my patience with this now. Iโ€™m stuck on a contract, I get no data in areas that you claim have great signal (covering pretty much all of east Oxford btw). What proof do you accept that youโ€™re not upholding the contract so I can get a pac code?

    I agree if itโ€™s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.

    @EE frustrating when I canโ€™t get any 5G whilst Iโ€™m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

    @EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
