I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

@EE My home post code is HU8 9ES and another postcode I have issues with is HU7 4RX. Couple months a go I had a sim card replacement made just incase it was that. I've had my phone fully reset and restored to latest updates. And also my friend who's on EE is having the same issues.

@EE For the love of Christ can you fix the Underground wifi, it’s not working! I can connect to other WiFi’s so there is a problem your end as seen by other ppl experiencing the same thing 🙇🏽
