  I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

  @AncientGleek Like most companies, they treat you rubbish right up to the point they think they might lose you. Should give the best service to loyal customers all the time. I was with Orange @EE for 30 years until they took my custom for granted.

  @EE any update on the outage in the BT79 area other than the service status checker which keeps updating with an estimated fix 24hrs after whatever time you check it? Original fix time was Sunday. Now saying Wednesday.

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.
