    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    Hey @PlayStationUK are you able to help out @EE apparently they are all confused as to why they can’t deliver the #PS5 with controller and PS+. They have orders from the 19th November but can’t figure out how to post them to their customers.

    @EE I got a phone call today to discuss my BT Sport from your level 2 technical support but I told them I was busy at work and phone after 4 which was agreed but still no call back?!

    @EE Let's assess your customer service here. In what professional capacity do you ask a question and then tell people you will be back at 7 am? (Notice the space between the 7 and am. Correct grammar). More training required.
