@EE Rach, that is nonsense. How can a customer know what CPI will be up to 2 years in advance? EE/BT is tying people into long term contracts with unknown price rises. And a weak regulator is letting you get away with it

@EE Yeah stop upping the cost of my bill by a stupid amount. Cost of living crisis 🙄
-
Keith arnold (@keith_arnold3) reported
@EE The worst, if you're on a new tariff. Suffer Two of these inflation boss pay rises. You are then held hostage into a contract because it says there is a rise in it. But not how much by. Will cost you over £1000 to cancel your contract. Utter disgraceful. Most expensive network.

@EE we have spent hours on the phone and chat to resolve what seems to a major mess up by @EE. Taken £1230 plus £59 via direct debit from our bank account for a contract that was never activated and a new iPhone never received!!
-
Edd Gardner (@superhighimpact) reported
@EE Its OK though as i was made aware of by your rude and argumentative customer service rep you need all that money just to keep the lights on with all these fuel increases. I guess the billions in profit BT made last year simply wasn't enough and the customer simply had to pay
-
Dionysis Malas (@DionysiosMalas) reported
@EE I’m in Hong Kong and my eSim doesn’t connect to any network. I tried all network partner providers of @EE in HK but still no luck

James Alvey (@Jimboalvey) reported
@EE my contract runs until June 2024 and my increase is around £12 a month. To avoid this increase, can I pay a lump sum now to void the increase. I have no desire to cancel my contract, but saving £180 is my aim. James
