    I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

    @EE @MarcAllera ok as I never got my iPhone XS Max over the weekend. Will think of a different approach 🙏 #EEGoldencustomer (long serving) promotion defending against the dark side (the other lot) if you have any ideas @MarcAllera how I can get one from you advise 😀

    @EE Hi Charlotte, yes, I do. The inter-connectivity through BT Broadband has never worked; EE signal to my home in a populated area is almost non-existent. BT cannot resolve the issue, and I am hoping you can? My apologies for the delayed response.

    Do I know anyone who uses @EE and if they actually are decent? Because I'm sick of @ThreeUK having terrible reception. I get no service in: Tooting, Clapham, Chiswick, Camden, Leicester Square, anywhere around the ExCel, and most of Birmingham

    @EE asking me to DM to take it off public view. Then consiststanly asking for security - waiting an hour to reply - and saying it's timed out. @Ofcom surely this is against the rules. Gave me a broken phone. Won't talk to me

    @DogMooster @BailleyLouise @EE I talked with them and they told me my area has internet issues. I had a link to check the area. I checked again just now and its “fixed” . It still doesn’t work.

    spoke to @EE yesterday because of an issue I was experiencing, and they decided to activate a new sim without giving me a new one so now I’ve got no network whatsoever. 😩

    @EE My issue with regards to making contact is that there is apparently no way to close my account or even simply cancel my service through My EE on the website: every method I could find seems to involve making a call or, apparently, being contacted by someone on Twitter.
