    .@EE must have the worst network coverage in the UK! When I'm in N.Ireland it is sketchy to say the least 🙄 Just had 5 days in Cardiff and at times my signal was non existent😔 I have been a customer for many years but maybe it is now time to switch!

    @EE I’ve just called 150 to discuss an upgrade and had a very rude and abrupt adviser not interested in my query. Made to feel I was interrupting his day off. Very poor service for such a large organisation. Shame on you!

    @EE sort your 4 g SPEEDS IN BERROW, it’s fine until peak season, you don’t charge half price so why is the signal crap half the time

    @EE I have been an EE customer for 5 years and currently very disappointed with their broadband policies: An EE broadband contract re-start every-time a subscriber moves home. Even in case of proven extenuating circumstances. EE should really look into their terms and conditions.
