I agree if it’s not broken no need to fix it. But I believe in the next year or so all new packages will be data based. I try to make all my calls via data FaceTime audio/WhatsApp @MarcAllera @EE so much better

Four calls today and all four have disconnected part way through with a brief but complete loss of network coverage @EE . Have already contacted but there seems to be little rush in getting back to me or fixing the problems

@EE I called up, wanted an explanation and got none, just spoke to someone who was rude and unhelpful . I get inflation but to just increase a bill 10% is a joke.
