    @PhilPinfold @EE agreed. I have a 14.4% increase after being a customer since the year dot. My pay rise will not be 14.4%. Or even 4.4%.

    @EE how can you offer customer service that takes 45 minutes to get through on the phone? I’m paying for the BT add on and yet it won’t work…
