@EE thanks for the notice about yr joke price increases. As if RPI wasn't bad enough u them add in the #EETAX on 3.9% Just called yr cust ser to ask about contract end process and yr rep couldn't even be bothered to ask why I might be leaving! No engagement no support no service

@EE @karenannelouis I heard this exact excuse, word for word, from a customer support person last night. TAKE THE 3.9% OUT OF YOUR PROFITS, not ripping off your customers! why don’t YOU help those suffering from financial hardship, instead of taking it off your customers in a cost of living crisis?
