@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@AdamGarner10 @O2 @EE I’m literally now in the process of getting a deadlock letter from O2 and complaining to Obudsman service. They keep cutting me off, took payments out early, took 4 months alone to change a bill date, had advisors cut me off and put phone down on me.

@EE please reply - I spoke to your tech support today and they have told me, even though the phone is in warranty, they cannot recover my contacts and I need to go to another company and pay for them to help AND THEN bring it back to EE to make the repair!
