  @EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

  @EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

  Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

  @EE So it had to be the Champions League final when your nationwide hub problem caught up with me, right? At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
