Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

I texted 150 Because I’m travelling and my data stopped working. The service didn’t work. It’s really bad that none of the methods to get in touch works!

Every other week we get a message saying you are working on them but our signal has been on only 1-2 bars for weeks! We're fed up with it. The masts were working perfectly well beforehand. Sort it or lose customers!
