Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.
