    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    @EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

    EE is an absolute joke coming. They have promised me on 4 occasions that they will call me back to resolve an issue and they haven’t. 1 minute before the end of his shift I receive this text message.... absolute JOKE @ee @eecustomerservice

    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    @EE I know, that’s what I mean about it being better if I was a new customer. I’d get a better deal it seems or being on a lower contract and still being able to trade my phone in anyway. The contract I’m on seems to be the worst possible option.

    @HarryHoups @EE Ow, and you cannot, in any way, turn off 5G, so it's down, you are down. EE must love to switch their customer services line off regularly.... No 4G Calling, no option to manually swap to 4G, 3G or 2G. Bad 5G modem - yes, I can confirm it is crap in poor signal areas...

    @EE I am being told I am going to charged extra this month on my bill but for a week both your app and website is saying there is an error. There is also an unacceptable wait to call and you Web chat doesn't work. This is poor what do you suggest I do?
