    @EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    @EE's double standard, they don't give a **** about their customers! .. I found a lost iPhone and with the help of Apple I managed to get MEID, SN, IMEI and ICCID numbers. However, EE's customer service refused to help and inform the owner that the phone is still there...

    @EE Yeah, sorry it has wasnt CS, it was techbical support who said everything was fine. They have no email where I can forward proof so my word against theirs.

    @EE are you aware of issues with connecting to PlayStation? Everything else works fine. All 3 methods of Internet comes from you guys. PlayStation have no reports of connectivity problems.
