@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

These attacks on communication masts are disgraceful and those responsible need to be bought to justice. Here in #Lozells, @EE service is being hindered by a damaged mast too.

@ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

@EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

Hi @EE On what planet is it considered appropriate to text your 'loyal customers' telling them they have to sign up to a new contract (that costs double what they currently pay) or they'll be automatically switched over at an EVEN HIGHER PRICE?! You're losing a lifelong customer!

@EE I am stuck in the middle with EE or TGS tnot taking responsibility this is why I have ordered a fixed line fibre service with Troli fibre and will be cancelling our 4 phone and watch lines next month when they are out of contract moving over to another service provider.
