@EE Please tell me your record your calls. As I’ve just spoke to one of your agents who called me hostile, simply for disagreeing with her my Apple Watch issue is coz of EE and not apple. I’m now cancelling as a result

@EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

@EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

@EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

@EE, just wanted to say a big thank you for how well you’ve taken care of me with my upgrade. Had to send the 12 Pro back as I didn’t like it and EE were so kind and considerate. Pro Max was ordered today and the customer service was fantastic. That’s why I stay with EE.

Really disappointed with @EE ordered a accessory add on yesterday, just a ps4 bundle, no information all morning, phone lines jammed and kept cutting me off, then a email at 2pm today saying it's out of stock, no indication about when it'll be back in. Such poor customer service.

@EE Screenshot examples of what? The 100% uptime and call success I was told by an EE tech support rep. My issue is my wife and I are both on EE on iPhones but she gets signal and I don’t. Very often people try to call me but can’t get through and it doesn’t even ring.
