    @EE will ee be commenting on the supply issues for Apple Watch Ultra and the fact large upfront payments are being taken and sat in ee’s bank account for an unknown length of time until supply is resolved - not good!

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    So I thought I had finally got the issues with MY @EE upgrade page sorted out after 7 different phone calls, Well you know what thought did don't you? It thought wrong. So now the page will let me go to the upgrades page but will only show me sim only upgrades. Patience🤦

    @EE Can you please confirm if you are having DNS issue's? I'm having a nightmare again. I've waited 6 months for my issue to be fixed. Got told it was fixed and it went down again within 24 hours. Please let me know if you are able to fix the issue or not so I can stop wasting £

    @EE @JOOPERS2014 @EE Same. No signal at home. Increased prices. End of contract. Leaving. I can’t see any benefit to customers of taking out a 24 month contract now it has a variant price clause.. ..especially one that at the time of taking out the contract is unpublished/unknown and volatile

    According to @ee I should be able to use my data while I’m on my trip, despite my phone saying I’m connected to a 4G network nothing is working, but my partners phone which is on my account isn’t having any issues.

    @EE Hi - nope still does not work. The £10 a month add on to use my package is not working. I’m having to purchase the limited data packages. It’s a bloody scam at this point. And bizarre considering I was in Mexico 3 times last year with no problems
