    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    @EE ecotalk runs on your network. Can I use WiFi calling on their network? They have no info on their site.

    My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @marcusBBbentley @EE Well done you for calling them out. They were wrong. Why didn’t you help your dad set up a direct debit so that he wasn’t cut off. At the end of the day he was cut off and you could have stopped it happening. Then tweeted about how awful EE are (cos they are)

    My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?

    @EE offered an upgrade, then told the deal didn’t existed. Told to wait 72 hrs&message if no one got back to me. Still waiting&4 tweets ignored. Disgrace. I’ve had poor signal in my area for two yrs with no reception while locked down and pregnant, 4 products and 19 yrs if custom

    @marcusBBbentley @EE Disgraceful, these companies do not give a **** pardon my language about the elderly. My mum hated chip and pin and used cheques all the time. It would be nice if another network jumped in to help your poor dad.

    @EE Every time we have a dip in service, which can last a month or more, we just get the standard 'we are upgrading our service and we are sorry for the problems it may cause So there's not much point in more details as its always the same a swer sadly

    @EE Please can you confirm is the mast down or works going on in Da17 area london no internet 4g since 10am still not working now. VERY frustrating was bad also yesterday but today dosent work at all!

    @smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.
