@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE mast down again. Msg resolve in 14 hrs, then 7 hrs now we are taking a while- we will get back to you. As no fixed landline ee only way so Wi-Fi calling is like trying to stir tea with a choc spoon. What are you going to do about? Give comp so we can use another mobile!

@ofcom #outage @EE There may not be as many official reports of problem persisting as we can't contact EE from our phone. Local EE shop confirms problem is still live. Why is EE publicly claiming that the issue is resolved? I can't verify identity due to OTP's not reaching me.

@EE Not to mention issues with turning off data roaming in the app when travelling and then stinging customers for additional charges ! And then having to spend 3 hours online chatting trying to resolve the issues, and not getting anywhere !

What has happened to @EE customer service? First they message me to say they are trebling my SIM contract price. Then make it impossible to leave after over 30 years with them because nobody can answer the phone....just cancel the DD and buy another SIM I guess?
