  @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

  @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼

  After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service
