What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

@EE Why are you applying an increase to my handset? You apparently don’t charge the increase for games consoles, so why my iPhone? I’d happily pay an increase on the network component on my bill. I could’ve got iPhone from Apple for 0%

@EE your app and website keep failing. Logs me out, then won’t let me send messages to the person “helping” me. My phone also keeps losing signal. I’m not happy that I’ve had this contract for 3 months and the bill has increased every month. Esp when customer service is this bad.
