  • chailey_
Jonathan Whiteland (@chailey_) reported from Birmingham, England

Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  • RxAbdalla1
Dr. Abdalla M Ahmed (@RxAbdalla1) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE ahhhh nothing like a price increase on your brand new contract, how kind of you. Is that to ensure your poor/broke shareholders can heat their homes? Shame the rest of us will struggle

  • gingerandnuts
Darren Y (Ginger and Nuts) (@gingerandnuts) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@EE Spoke to two of the most rudest people from your so-called ‘customer’ services today. 18 year contract with four lines and we’re treated like ‘dirt’. Hopefully my email to @MarcAllera will be more positive. #badcustomerservice #poorcustomerservice

  • dodge109
rob jones (@dodge109) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

  • originalstevieb
Stevie B (@originalstevieb) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

  • DaniiJonesX
Dannniiii😁 (@DaniiJonesX) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE so this may be a stupid question but why does an open reach engineer have to come out if I already have the box and line from a previous supplier. Can't they just do something on their end?

  • spoonaah
alex spooner (@spoonaah) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE you’ve attempted to deliver my phone to the incorrect address, this is the 2nd issue I’ve had with delivery in as many weeks, please can someone get in touch with me ASAP to resolve

  • M_elleLeVell
Mademoiselle LeVell Comedy (@M_elleLeVell) reported from Birmingham, England

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE That doesn’t help in the slightest with watching TNT

  • martinc2012
    Martinkellyandfamily (@martinc2012) reported

@EE Tried to speak to someone yesterday and he basically said that EE do not guarantee a data and a voice signal at the same time! I said well it’s been fine for years but recently seems to have an issue where ever I can be in the country. Apparently it’s not a problem so I was told

  • SebParkinson

@EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

  • SkyAtNight0000
    Colin Bassett (@SkyAtNight0000) reported

@EE How is this a marketing preference? How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! If I call i will just cancel & close my account.

  • PonsAeliusKid
    David Robinson (@PonsAeliusKid) reported

@EE internet is broken and the earliest you can get out to me for a *known hardware issue* is next Thursday? I WFH, everything relies on internet now. What are you going to do about this?

  • beardedhalalguy
    Ozzy (@beardedhalalguy) reported

@EE I have tried everything and nothing is working, I have tried to get in contact via many different ways and still no help. Please give me alternative option

  • palmerzan587
    James (@palmerzan587) reported

@EE Absolutely awful service, left tonight without internet and told the issue might not be resolved until 17:30 tomorrow. Most reliable broadband…what a joke!

  • RegJTMorton
    Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported

@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.
