  Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

  Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

  @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
