    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

    @ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

    @EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

    @virginmedia It’s only been in the past few weeks that it’s gotten so bad. I was getting updates 2 weeks ago from @EE saying they were doing work in my area, but have heard nothing since. Shame you don’t have wi-fi calling

    @EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

    @EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

    Uuhhh @EE is being incredibly slow tonight. Not normally slow, average speed is 36mb/s but getting less than 900kb/s. No reported issue in my area, hopefully it's just a temporary issue, been fine up until the last 30 or so minutes.

    @EE sim only sim due for early upgrade in September but don't finish till 2023? Could I just upgrade in sep to a phone then cancel it under 14 days to leave the contract without an ETF?

    @EE If your 4g network is so good why do the speeds of 4gee broadband differ so much. One minute 120mbs the next 15mbps. Best of all your charging us £55 for it. Can`t rely on your speeds, that's for sure.

    @EE Be great if signal was this good. Only time you get a decent signal in my house is stood near a window. I'd like to sit on my sofa, lounge on the bed and get a signal. Without having to move either of the above over near said windows.

    @EE I’ve got no internet anywhere in my house, very low/no service and my stepdads phone is not allowing him to receive or take phone calls. My stepdad is on call for work and this affects him massively as he won’t know if he’s needed or not. Please reply and get this sorted ASAP
