Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

So I said I’m ending this call due to above and please get manager to call .still waiting!
