  @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

  @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !
