    What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    Can’t knock @EE phoned them yesterday to see why I’ve got dodgy reception at home for the last few days, bird I spoke to gave me 50% off my bill & is phoning me back Saturday to see if the issue is sorted, if not she’s gonna gimme the month free, on all 3 contracts.

    @bronsonspurs79 @EE @ThreeUK She took me by surprise mate, I weren’t expecting it, I done a check & they have a fault in my area, I was only phoning to see how long it was going to take to fix, I’ve been with EE for a long time & never really had any problem at all, always good at renewal time

    @EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.

    @EE Your customer service is shocking! I was on hold yesterday to your Channel Returns department for 45 mins before being disconnected. I'm on hold again 25 mins, I want to cancel an upgrade I was miss-sold. Get more staff. The form is not suitable I want to speak to a human.

    @EE a order from yourselves has unfortunately been shipped via DPD.. so of course I don’t have it. Package has been delayed since the 13th of October. Will you help resolve the matter?

    EE 3 weeks of off and on service. Being palmed off saying it is okay. The whole street is down. Please can you sort this out we have no signal even outside, no broadband. Clearly there is an issue @EE
