    @EE is there a problem with the app? I'm on an upgrade anytime plan and was just looking to upgrade to the s21+ but now it's saying plans not available? I just had all the plans up and now they've disappeared?

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    So @EE promised me a discount on a contract and now they're going back on their word. I'll be moving over to a new network.

    @EE so this may be a stupid question but why does an open reach engineer have to come out if I already have the box and line from a previous supplier. Can't they just do something on their end?

    @EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    Been let down twice now by @EE . Took the @btsport add-on and been waiting since Tuesday evening for my login to be sorted. Twice been told it will be fixed within 24 hours and still waiting. Paid out the money for a service I’m not receiving. Not good enough!

    It's a real shame that after being an @EE customer for 27+ years and spending £25 - £30,000 that no one tried to help (I did get a small credit as I wasn't advised that Upgrade Anytime comes with big costs). I no longer feel valued and have 3 lines out of contract,

    @EE hi I had a massively frustrating and lengthy (40 mins+) and time consuming chat on txt 2 weeks ago to get to the point of getting VAT receipts emailed - I don’t have an EE phone - so can’t call you for free. It’s a EE dongle. I also want to cancel. I’ve received nothing.
