@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

@EE Hello, I was recently sold an oppo phone as an upgrade around 5 weeks ago? And it's absolutely terrible. It can't cope with more than 1 app open at a time, it freezes constantly and needs restarting, it currently says I have 1 new WhatsApp and voicemail - there's neither(1/2)

@GeorgeMonbiot @EE the bill with a payment plan. @EE instead wiped off the whole bill of over £2000. That alone made me cry bcos it never entered my thoughts they could do this. I’ve been with them now for 7/8 years no & have no intention of leaving.

@EE But that's the point, it's crazy to have to cancel the entire thing. I called because the form didn't have the option. Clearly I had no idea that the form doesn't have the option because of these policies. It's a new contract.
