@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

@EE I'm on low income. I have 2 numbers with you. My wife uses the other.. My quote for a repair is £300..options are carry on, fix it or buy 2nd hand phone.. I've been with ee for many many years.. About 7-8 years maybe longer.. Never missed a payment.

@EE Did all of them, went to EE on princes street, looked like a problem with the SIM, got a new card and it's working a bit better? Still sometimes getting a few minutes of 4g and then totally dropping out.
