Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE I have been an EE customer for 5 years and currently very disappointed with their broadband policies. An EE broadband contract re-start every-time a subscriber moves home. Even in case of proven extenuating circumstances. EE should really look into their terms and conditions
