I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? I couldn't find a resolution, but nevertheless, it took a minute to get the PAC code, the times of perks for being a loyal customers are long gone, no one cares 😞
