@EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

@EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

@nirave @EE Nah there is no I get it when it comes to this one. This is serious downside to eSim. A normal nano would have been an easy remove and place in a new phone. This new world order stuff is low key bad.

@EE this company has gone down hill bigtime.Hav been with them for years.Wanted to upgrade and agent couldn’t even knock off £30 for me. I’m willing to pay £100 but agent stubborn and wanted £130. Wats happened to the loyalty with EE. Not happy. changin network once contract ends

@EE I am so disgusted with your service. I bought an apple SE watch in your Beverley store in March this year. I asked for insurance on the watch and I find out today it was never done. The Beverley store blame me for the mistake. Now I have a watch which isn’t covered.

@EE after ringing discussing and ordering a sim for my teen to have phone for emergency calls to us- ee sent us a data only sim_ it's a phone ! They are for making calls!!! Now we discovered its impossible to cancel outside of 9_5mf _buck your ideas up

@O2 like many signal is utter tripe most places.. is there an issue in general? Full bar 4G and can’t do much if I’m not on wifi? Going to clear my contract and move to @EE it’s been months and months of this.. #o2signal
