I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price
