    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

    @Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

    @EE talking to the me of your tech support people. No 4G in 800 metres of my house. No 4G and patchy WiFi calling in my house. Multiple black spots in and around Harrogate on the EE network. Phone picks up free BT WiFi and is then unable to make or receive a call until it drops!!

    So after 15 years, multiple devices and contracts, it’s now time to leave @EE owing to their failure to understand that while ever they are the ONLY network determined to charge for roaming, people will continue to leave. So I am. What’s O2 like these days?

    @EE hi I have a issue with your customer service over the phone and people confused with what they are PROMISING. In this day and age is this disgusting and unacceptable. I have been with you for 4 years and love EE but now im upset with this treatment.
