  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do?   @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

  @cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

  @EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
