@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

@EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE ordered a new iPhone. Waited in for 2 hours 2 days in a row for delivery only for it to be cancelled. Now not coming until Sunday. Rang the delivery service and they weren’t even apologetic just said it couldn’t be helped

@mouthwaite @EE I went into an EE store to ask about upgrades and if there were better options for long term customers & the store manager asked me if I expected a free trolley from Tesco if I shopped there for a year…. He was really rude! Shame really as some of the staff are lovely!

@EE so far this year you have advised me 20 times of a problem with the network in my area. Now I'm no expert but maybe you need to change aerial suppliers. And some advice: no signal still = no signal even after restarting my phone... just want a reliable signal 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Same problem. Spoke to two colleagues who use @EE & having the same issue. Seems to only be on the initial call. When either calls back the issue goes away.

Hey @EE and @xboxuk you know there is still a pandemic on right?! Just caught wind that @brogantatexo travelled 7 hours! Across country for ur event thing in Liverpool. My family is from Liverpool & I’m sorry but getting someone potentially travelling unvaccinated is a bad look.
