The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Even if you try to speak with Tech or customer services between 8am-11am or 5pm-7pm is basically a NO, you wait at least 45 minutes, if no the line drops because of their poor network. Very upset.
