Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Omaru (@kuatoring) reported
@EE I had broadband installed last Friday, the engineer said there was an issue with the outside line. Didn't give me a fix deadline, I called 0800 979 8586 two days later and they said Thursday, however its still not resolved. I need a connection to work from home 😔
-
Garry Moran (@moran_garry) reported
@EE The fact is you are blatantly ripping off your customer with a 14.4% increase on the bill. How can the actual phone element of the bill be subject to inflation exactly, this cost does not increase after the point you sign the contract.
-
Paul Bunyard (@wildaboutimages) reported
@EE I’ve been having issues ? It wasn’t me that was having issues ?? You seem to forget that your network was down for a quite considerable time and you never mentioned it??
-
luke jones (@luke_jones1986) reported
@pauloefc1878 @EE I have 4 phones on there. I’m tempted to cancel my direct debit and send phones back and let them try to take me to court but as far as I’m concerned sending phones back is a fair deal. Also I fell the increase should only be on the line cost itself not the phone cost as well
-
David Farrell (@B25dave) reported
@liamblue123 @SarahWhe78 @EE Went SiM only stayed with them but then got the 14.4 increase when other networks were as low as £9 per month my bill previously was £107 per month and a customer for 20 plus years Rinsed me enough including being ghosted an iPhone
-
PsychoMania 😼 (@psychomania666) reported
Bloody @EE should be ashamed of themselves for slapping on a 14.2% increase during a cost of living crisis. Should be made illegal to apply such an increase to the phone portion of the contract. Will never purchase a device from them again.
-
Deller⚽️ (@YidDeller) reported
Naa @EE can **** off adding nearly 20% a month to my contract…
-
Miss C (@Miss_CK1980) reported
