    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

    @EE A complex roaming issue: o2 DE have switched off their 3G, so only have 2G & 4G. So phone keeps jumping to 2G/EDGE when 4G coverage drops and data doesn't work. It made the phone useless at points. I'm back in France so no longer an issue for me, but this needs looked at.

    @EE I've just has a call from 01482 2456273 saying they are calling from EE and asking if I'd like to upgrade my broadband. I don't believe it was you at EE as you are far more professional than addressing your customer with 'Hey man' if it was EE then training is required...man!

    @Lionesses @EE I haven't recovered from the silence of the VAR when Russo pushed the Spanish defender down so Toone could score. If the situation was reversed, the VAR would have intervened, the goal dismissed. Can't lose the Euros with your best friend the VAR.

    @Peskyblinder1 @balligerent18 @EE Again,you are assuming an awful lot of things with this interaction on a specific issue. Why do you think its appropriate to assume so much about someone you don't know? It isn't ok and leads to terrible outcomes for all involved.
