Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!
-
Caecilius (@shardcreek) reportedDay two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting
-
Tim Maunder (@RebelTim) reported@EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.
-
Emma-Jane π¬π§ (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
-
sophie (@sophie_reed98) reportedHow can a new customer get broadband for Β£24 but an existing customer all you can do is Β£37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! π«‘
-
Simon James π (@UKMondoMan) reported@EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported@EE How does roaming work for visiting Spain/Portugal? My main issues are around potentially receiving calls if I don't have it or it activating and charging me when I don't want it (I'll have WiFi all day on some days)
-
Dudley (@agoldentale) reported@EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
