    @EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps itโ€™s currently running at?! Also, Iโ€™m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

    @PricklyFring @EE I know people who are on a different provider and got there's within 5 days. Seems EE are the problem.

    @EE Not since the last time it was running slow. I just took that as teething problems being a new customer. But itโ€™s actually really bad. I just wanted any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone ๐Ÿ˜• whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
