If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโm currently on my phones 4g coz itโs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

I pay on time, every month, never missed a DD & customer service is top-notch!
