    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโ€™m currently on my phones 4g coz itโ€™s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    @EE @awkwafina @JALowden @KaitlynDever @kelvharrJR @onlymikes_ Having been on the phone with @EE for 35 minutes I get hung up this is after I get told that I canโ€™t upgrade and I can and that the advisor had advised that they had finished work 5 minutes ago after finding out I could upgrade awful service

    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to ยฃ300. When I log out and back in again, itโ€™s zero and Iโ€™ve never been charged the โ€œExtraโ€. Why is this happening?

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesnโ€™t want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent

    @EE why would your agents book open reach a totally different job to what I needed done then open reach turn up randomly without telling me their are coming then cancel Job so now I have to go through whole process again,and you say are no1 in the UK ????
