    @EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

    @LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..๐Ÿ‘ I spent hours on the phone but thereโ€™s no fix until they bring out a new router..

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to ยฃ300. When I log out and back in again, itโ€™s zero and Iโ€™ve never been charged the โ€œExtraโ€. Why is this happening?

    @EE Plus the home router is crap with no fix to stop it dropping out and yes we all know you know so donโ€™t tell me to phone the helpline again..

    @Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE Not since the last time it was running slow. I just took that as teething problems being a new customer. But itโ€™s actually really bad. I just wanted any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone ๐Ÿ˜• whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @botbusta999 @virginmedia @EE when you join EE for their "internet", you'll be complaining you're being scammed, fact is aside from Virgin, noone can come close to the speeds they provide. Dont get me wrong, im not praising Virgin, their customer service is AIDS
