Had nothing but problems with @SkyUK Mobile since joining. Canceled my account because they miss informed me (so lost 2 weeks on delivery), cant get through to anyone as their phone system is **** & now cant get calls. Starting to think i should of stuck with @EE! #Useless

Now that's a laugh @EE customer service shuts at 7 pm, but rather than hang you up or tell you, they just keep you hanging on.

@EE @ITV @decappeal If you want to waste your time and money, I strongly recommend to go ahead with this company. I moved two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to supply my new home and all the responses that I get is that it will be fixed in 48h and then nothing. Terrible customers support.

@EE why is it so much more expensive when upgrading a monthly contract than if I was a new customer wanting the exact same phone & plan? Quite disappointing for loyal customers…

@EE Thank you. Can you please provide an email to make a complaint? The breach of contract shouldn't have happened and I'd suffered not only incompetence but extremely rude behaviour by a number of EE staff. I was going to become a customer but not now. Appalling behaviour from EE.

@EE Why has EE not cancelled the nearly 10% increase in bills as goodwill to customers/customer retention as it is harder to get new customers than keep them (as EE/BT will no doubt find out at contract renewal time)
