Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

Pamela Docherty (@pamie1984) reported@EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!
