@EE Hi, I'm trying to start a damage claim for my son's phone but the Chubbinsured site keeps saying Server Error - tried calling 150 but was held in a queue for ages so gave up. Any idea when the website will be back up?

@EE I got a new Apple Watch today, I rang earlier because I was getting an error transferring my data plan to my new watch. The guy managed to clear that error but I'm still having issues and it just says "Could not set up mobile data" no matter how many times I try to set it up

@EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.
