@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

@EE Plus the home router is crap with no fix to stop it dropping out and yes we all know you know so don’t tell me to phone the helpline again..

@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

Complaints process @EE a complete waste of time. Sit on it for 3 weeks, send a text asking if you still want to continue with complaint, sit on it a week then close complaint.
