@EE Plus the home router is crap with no fix to stop it dropping out and yes we all know you know so don’t tell me to phone the helpline again..

@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

@EE Ok, but the recurring problem is that the internet speeds seems to go down so we still hay wifi in the router room, but the extenders we have disconnect regularly. This has been happening often in last week. Can you check if service has been affected in KT1 area?

Hi @EE I bought a PAYG phone a few weeks ago but the SIM card isn't working and number isn't recognised. This means I can't access any message or phone support from you as I don't apparently have an EE number. Please advise.
