@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

@EE Plus the home router is crap with no fix to stop it dropping out and yes we all know you know so don’t tell me to phone the helpline again..

@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

@EE Hi. Could do with some help please. My mum recently got a new card & had a text saying payment can’t be made. We’ve tried going online, logging in but on trying to add broadband account it says details don’t match or something. She just needs to update card details!

@LeamingtonSBC Hopefully @EE can fix my phone, then a @atagheating boiler repair. Same cause, 24kw combination boiler, 4 rads left at 80% output. Result,broken expansion vessel.

@EE quite disappointed in your customer service today when I tried to get my iPhone replaced that was stolen and the. You tell my my insurance doesn’t cover theft !!! This wasn’t made clear when I purchased it !!

@EE @bt_uk I pay for my large screen access and it's still telling me I need to upgrade my subscription I've spoke to you guys already and you said give it 24 hours. A whole week later still not working
