    20 minutes on hold to @EE trying to speak to someone because I can’t cancel my contract in any other way. And the hold music is horrific! I imagine that if I wanted to become an EE customer they’d not make me wait this long.

    @EE Will this be quicker than waiting for a call from a guide? We've been waiting a while. We were told that sending a text to 66033 would incur a charge. I've no intention of paying considering we are receiving a poor service

    Leaving @EE in very short order. Local mast has been down for weeks, they've increased my bill by circa 60% & to top it off charged me nearly £4 for sending emoji reactions on text. Fabulous way of saying 'we don't want your custom'

    @EE I've tried. I cannot get back through to a human being. I tried for 40 minutes. Your website sent me round in circles of uselessness. Why do you think its acceptable to treat disabled customers like this?

    Got to admit the @EE customer service is ******* ****! No wifi all day and no ****** to talk too, and just send texts telling you everything you've done already!

    @EE please help, we have arrived in Spain about 4 hours ago and haven’t received the text to activate roaming. Have switched off and on and can’t even make call to 150. Please help

    @GB_MRT @EE I had it at the weekend 2 hours trying to sort out EE tv, 6 months into 2 year contract but has never worked properly!! Call handler was spot on to be fair and in the end agreed we could terminate the tv contract as we were keeping phones and internet…..hold music is bad though!
