  • WasdaleBex Rebecca Naylor (@WasdaleBex) reported

@EE your app is awful, how can you be a UK leading network operator when customer service chat keeps losing server connection plus the grammar and attention to your customers' issues are shocking!!!

  • SheriCopelandUK Sheri Copeland (@SheriCopelandUK) reported

So @EE's reasoning for charging an extra £2.33 pcm for itemised billing is: "striving to create a harmonious customer experience between the EE & BT brands. By increasing the itemised paper bill charge to £4 we're aligning to the same price charged by BT for the same service"

@EE are you having issues in Southampton because I have no signal or data and it's important I have access. No point paying for a phone contract if it doesn't work....
