Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

Can’t work from home. 2 hrs on the phone yesterday, used my call back so can’t use again. Engineer only due Tues. Hoping it’ll be fixed or we’ll be waiting days again. I assume our next bill will reflect this?

In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

gilbert (@Gilbert_36174) reported@EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.
