@pierre_w33 @EE I managed to re-connect to the internet by using Google's DNS servers instead of the default EE ones. Most routers allow you to change the DNS in their "Advanced" settings, or you could even change your DNS on your PC or Mac network settings. Google's DNS IP is 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4

@EE @FPLHero2 Sam, I do hope you're going to complain to your managers for making you repeat that shambles of an 'excuse'. Your network's outage has absolutely nothing to do with Facebook, and you know it.

@EE 5G goes down and what do they do? Set an automessage on their technical support line to call back later. Is @EE providing #Facebook support or does Facebook provide the EE #5G? Hmmmm....
