Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
