Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

Wanting to talk to someone and all I keep getting is a text saying Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hour. It’s been three days
