@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE Yes! To website login page. I put in my user name, fine. Press Next to enter p/w but it says it's incorrect. I know that's my p/w and also to be double sure I tried signing on browser on Mac which has Auto-fill and still never worked.

@EE Yes. I viewed the password in browser settings. I forgot to add that even your EE app auto fill has my p/w stored as it pops up to be selected and still no joy. Anyway, I'll just reset my p/w if it can't be solved. I was just curious as to why it's not working.
