@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE internet at home has been off and on for weeks now. It’s starting to really get on our nerves now. When we run the help it says it fine - and it is! Till 5 mins later when it drop out!! 😬😡🤬🤬

@EE hi, can you help me with my account but in my boyfriends name? if i know the password? the signal is shocking and we keep reporting and we get follow ups but cause we have no signal at work we can not answer the call and than no one from your side does anything

What a waste of two weeks, multiple phone calls and a trip to the @EE store to get an eSim activated. I don’t recommend anyone get an eSim from @EE. They come across helpful but offer no solution to the problem except try what I’ve already done with the previous agent again 😡

@EE need some help topping up a card for a dongle. Shops won’t accept the card we have. You won’t let me create an account online. Asking me to call 150 off my phone but I’m not on EE and last time I called it cost £18. Glad I’m on @O2 🤬
