Stephen Evanson🖤🤍💙🤍💛 (@evanson316) reported from Crewe, England@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

🧚♀️ (@xrachelizabethh) reported from Crewe, England@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time
