🧚♀️ (@xrachelizabethh) reported from Crewe, England@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

The Commuter (@Commuter29) reported@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Just a shame that with 3 you never get a decent signal in the UK!
-
Si Clarke 💙 (@northernnobby) reported@EE bad move charging for roaming. Bad bad move. Let's hope the other networks respect customers and the opportunity to travel.
-
Neil Bourne 🏴 (@neilbourne4) reported@mrjamesob Typical, just renewed my contract (within last month) with @EE and now they do this...... poor
-
Mark Hawkins (@MHawkins78) reported@StanCollymore @EE All the other major networks will follow. If there’s smaller providers that signal are ok where you live in UK you might have a choice.
-
Bryan Parsons (@bryanKparsons) reported@EE will be moving networks after about 20 years as a customer if you insist on charging extra for using me phone in Europe
-
MyAggiSan (@Chickenruby1) reported@EE roaming charges - did you lie when you said you didn’t plan to introduce them? I’m a customer but will move when I renew. I won’t give me money to liars.
-
paolo (@paoloharding) reported@EE roaming charges in the EU - looks like I’m switching network - very disappointing #RoamingCharges #EE #poorcustomerservice
-
Djsat2 (@Djsat22) reported@AndyPolygon @EE @WeAre8Official To invest in your customer service?...you constantly say that and it never gets any better. I travel to Europe a lot so won't be using you any more for my mobile contract.
-
Ciaran Laval (@Ciaran_Laval) reported@EE @Kb19031160 This is really poor PR.
-
Stefan (he / him) (@DigitalStefan) reported@ramtops @AnnaJerzewska @EE I found EE to be more than reasonable when it came to ending a contract early (with no early termination fees) when the point of contention was their claim “fastest UK network”, which I said wasn’t right and had caused me a 50% loss of data speed.
