  • exetersiam Exeter Siam (@exetersiam) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK You lobbied to get rid of the pesky EU laws that expressly outlawed these roaming charges..... Rather than blame the companies why not own your ****?

  • LunchYak Lunch yak (@LunchYak) reported

@EE will be leaving your network at the first opportunity. Find you raising roaming prices at the first opportunity an opportunist disgrace.

  • rohancjp Rohan (@rohancjp) reported

@EE You knew this was coming and played it down. If this is leading customer service I have yet another reason to ditch you.

  • PaulBottreaux paul abbott (@PaulBottreaux) reported

I’ve been an @ee customer for 20plus years. I also have ee broadband. In view of today’s ee roaming news I will not be renewing either contract

  • SiWellsy Simon Wells (@SiWellsy) reported

@EE @bellies_ten So when we upgrade we get clobbered?? - sounds fair! As I’ve said before I’ve been a customer of yours since I first got a mobile phone in 2003! Whoever doesn’t introduce roaming charges will have my business! #RoamingCharges

  • from_hastings From Hastings (@from_hastings) reported

Hi @EE under normal circumstances I normally spend a lot of time in Europe working, just so I am clear you are going to charge me £2.00 per day when I am able to travel again? If so I will immediately cancel all my accounts with you and move to @VodafoneUK or @O2

  • TommasoOlivero Tommaso Olivero (@TommasoOlivero) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Poor decision. I'll be looking at switching operator as soon as my contract is over.

  • RRemainer ReflectiveRemainer (@RRemainer) reported

@lewis_goodall In financial services if you intro a new fee/charge you have to demonstrate that there is a cost to justify it. I am mystified by the explanation as the fee doesn’t seem to be aligned to the actual cost of providing the service…@Ofcom should intervene @EE very disappointing!

  • Paulsmccann Paul (@Paulsmccann) reported

@mrjamesob @ee if you face “incredible pressures” to invest in your network, then how about dropping Kevin Bacon from your adverts, sure that would save a bomb on not having a hollywood actors wages
