@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE got vintage orange phone @ car boot (Samsung 330e).tells me "insert sim". i did. then says "enter network unlock code on inner flip screen and @ same time "password?" on outer flip screen.can U explain meaning of this?. thx.

@EE I think I have found the cause of the problem. I have been sending photos for a course using the 4g on my phone. I take it sending photos using 4g costs extra?

@EE I’ve already sent messages over I am sure you can see them I have just been told sorry nothing we can do and no you can’t cancel your 5 contacts as it’s in our T and Cs that your phone may not work! It hasn’t worked at my home area since 24th November!
