@EE my Apple Music 6 month trial comes to an end soon. What happens when it ends? I don’t want to start paying so do I need to cancel it and do I need to do it early or can I just do it on the day it’s due to end? Don’t want to wait till the day to find out you need 7 days notice

@EE No it’s not my home postcode. I spoke to the tech team but they never fixed the problem. There is an issue with the local tower that hasn’t been resolved. Can the tech team provide an update?

@EE hey, my sim only contract is coming to an end so I'm looking at changing my contract. I saw in my upgrades section a 160gb/24month/£20 that I was going to get, my student discount doesn't work on it though. But it does on a 3gb/12m/£19 one. Should it not work on both?

@nessyhm1982 @EE Do it Nessy. I left EE after 17 loyal years with them. They really do not value good custom. They lost me as a customer forever. I'm now with Virgin and cannot fault them. Good luck 👍🏼

Service from @EE past 6 months since moving house so bad I can't put it into appropriate words. No signal, no 4G, broadband dropping out multiple times/day. 20 hours plus on phone to them. Refunds not given when promised; fobbed off; stories changed, £600 to them for this. #ee
