@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE A very disappointing service at Halifax Woolshop branch just now. I moved over to BT broadband from EE to save £10 pm and get guaranteed 100mbs into the house or my money back around Sept 16. Still waiting for the new router to arrive 1/2

@EE what’s the point in me ordering online if I have to ring you cos you need more info? I’m an existing customer. If this is just to try and convince me to take the insurance I’m leaving EE. I tried to ring and gave up after 10 minutes of waiting.

Customer service levels for @EE are just diabolical. A simple change of direct debit date is simply beyond the realms of their capabilities. If I treated customers like them I’d be out of business, and the rest are no better, a simple choice of who’s the least ****.

@EE Thank you. I will send you my details now. Please respond to my other msg about not informing customers at the point of purchase about having to take faulty phones back to the manufacturer. This is crucial information that you do not share when signing a new customer up.
