@EE Not since the last time it was running slow. I just took that as teething problems being a new customer. But it’s actually really bad. I just wanted any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

  • JakeLCartwright Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported from Shavington cum Gresty, England

@EE “We’re experiencing issues with calling and texting services. Due to high call volume, we’re unable to connect you to an advisor” This is unacceptable @EE, I have COVID and I’m trying to work from home & keep in contact with loved ones. It’s been 24+ hours ongoing.

  • The_RichWiseman Richard Wiseman (@The_RichWiseman) reported from Crewe, England

@EE what is your customer service number??? It's seemingly impossible to talk to you people as you dont bother relying via email or message?????*

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

  • amy86beeston ♡ Amy 🌷 (@amy86beeston) reported from Crewe, England

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

  • evanson316 Stephen Evanson🖤🤍💙🤍💛 (@evanson316) reported from Crewe, England

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.
