@EE absolutely disgusting and false advertising from #EE had an offer through on my app saying i can upgrade with early fee taken off ,to be told nope you cant now weve changed the goal posts and you have to carry on paying or pay more again to upgrade. You just lost a customer

@the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 Over and over and I’m just sat her crying because literally no one will help me and one advisor in retentions kept accusing me of swearing and being rude when I wasn’t just so he could end the call. So now I’m back in the queue to start again.

@EE I can’t believe the situation you’re leaving my disabled partner in. Old sim cancelled, new sim lost. He can’t work or make emergency calls and all he gets is excuses. Customer service non existent. Don’t use EE!

@the_unholy_hand @EE @namredips82 DPD have lost my router. EE won’t cancel the contract or send me another one. Channel Returns says they can’t cancel because I don’t have a product to return. Delivery dispute say I have to to wait a fortnight. Retentions tell me to contact channel returns. And it begins again

@EE is it standard practice for you and your online shop to refuse to fulfil an order after running credit checks and taking payment? Refusing to provide a formal response in writing as to why. Worst of all, your customer service manager Charlotte refused to speak to me.

@samledabb @EE 🫂 Hold music is a torture device anyway. Really bad hold music is a basically war crime. Also @EE what gives, I keep hearing you are awful with customers now from loads of people I know.
