@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE Not since the last time it was running slow. I just took that as teething problems being a new customer. But it’s actually really bad. I just wanted any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

@EE I wish these companies would stop calling customer service support. It is a misuse of a word meaning care and assistance is offered when it is not Companies are driving customers up the wall with their pseudo caring and sharing.
