Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

@EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

@EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

@EE Can I just check. Has there been a problem with EE network just got home from work. Family says network has been rubbish all day. So far you network hasn’t been that good for us. Oh well. How long till end of contract.

WiFi... so I'm screwed for using my phone unless I pay stupid amounts. Once this contract is up I'll be leaving Vodafone and going to @EE instead. They seem to care about their customers a lot more than vodafone do. Rant over! 🤬

@EE my sister was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, when she left hospital she contacted EE to sort out her bill. They never responded!!She then gets more bills and a debt collector after her, even though her account was suspended. Poor response to a person with dementia

@EE Yes internet fine. Just no emails anywhere. Our IT man is having to fit some extra software to bypass the issues so we can keep operating the offices until EE can fix the problem. I am hearing from others that EE and O2 are having email problems

@EE A complex roaming issue: o2 DE have switched off their 3G, so only have 2G & 4G. So phone keeps jumping to 2G/EDGE when 4G coverage drops and data doesn't work. It made the phone useless at points. I'm back in France so no longer an issue for me, but this needs looked at.

@EE It's taking you th same time as last year and every day in between, I'd put money on it! It's a shameful way to treat customers. Would you stand in line at customer service desk for twenty minutes? Of course not....
