If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

Tim Maunder (@RebelTim) reported@EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

All in all I am getting a ***-deal for ยฃ70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online
