Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, Iโm currently on my phones 4g coz itโs so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. I canโt get to the website. Password not recognised. Canโt change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

Jonny Chambers (@imjonnychambers) reported@My_Metro The mobile signal and tunnel @EE relay hasnโt worked between Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead for months. Used to have full signal across the entire route but now I get no service from Gateshead until we get towards Central. Is there a known issue?
