@EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

@EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@EE Forced to leave after being a customer for 26 years!!!! Needed a SIM only contract, offered £2 discount a month…not competitive at all. Loyalty means nothing to #EE Grab your new contract elsewhere!!! Won’t be going back!!

@EE The texts were never sent as the number was never cancelled. It was simply handed over to someone else and then obviously taken from my daughter’s sim making it useless. The staff I spoke to were shocked & had no clue how this could have happened as apparently it’s very unusual.

@EE Got a new phone added to my current phone both contract. And I’m now told I have to pay double for my new phone. Cos I didn’t get it before I paid for my first phones contract. So £36 for my SE and £150 for my new one. When I was never told this? How is this fair ?Please help

@Tr3vski @EE @EE 4 months later, bit my partners having the exact same issue. Tried it on 3 phones and upgrade button won't work. And if you go to the shop instead and try and click on a phone it says "sorry, can't find the page.."
