The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and itโs not just the signal! Itโs just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. Iโd say you guys are in big trouble!

Friday I couldnโt work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasnโt ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.
