@EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@northolt3103 @EE Never used them because their signal was always bad. One-2-one were known as one-2-nobody around here and Orange were as bad. Merging didn't improve things, they got the name Nothing Nowhere instead.

@northolt3103 @EE Constantly get zero bars. Apple done tests and said fault was “software” and to completely wipe the phone and start again as a fresh install. Didnt make a difference. Some days i get SOS signal for hours on end. Will be moving to vodafone or the likes when contract is up.
