  @Stavros6 @EE Same problem here and my sons and everyone one else check google, my solution was to buy a cheap Apple airport router plug in EE router and it works great on WiFi and use EE router for cable devices 👍

  @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

  @LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

  @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. I’d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.
