    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

    @EE Unfortunately not. Can never get through to on the phone after repeated attempts. Ten years loyal service and now for a service that has never worked you are saying I have to pay £370 to end contract. You won't even try to resolve with customer just said take it up with ombudsman

    @EE Already raised a complaint and that's yet to be responded to. No formal withdrawal of the contract from EE or contract itself, given the purchase had been completed. I've been left in no man's land. I don't even know if my number is transfering under the PAC code submitted.

    @EE @OpenreachHelp Your engineer came and cut through the network line to our village in error (no phone, tv, internet) and now you won’t come and repair for 2 weeks?! Complaints process is a joke. Seems this is the only way I might be able to make contact. Get in touch 👍

    @EE Yes, I was the one doing it all and even when you phone it just says ur having trouble try later no option to speak to anyone. When I text to buy the pack it dosnt seem to work either with credit. He now isn't with us for us to be able to do anything with the phone directly

    I am absolutely disgusted at the way @EE 'valued' customers. To be highly recommended the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 by @EE and for 3 months in to have a thick black line down the middle of the screen and now not working and told it's not covered under warranty! Fuming!
