They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Alan Aiken (@AlanAiken) reported@EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I canโt reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I donโt have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.
