Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

Jason (@JasonBFB) reported from Madeley, England@LeekyB83 @EE You can get another router and plug it in the back of the EE one and setup your wireless network on the new one, with our apple one it works great now..👍 I spent hours on the phone but there’s no fix until they bring out a new router..

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

Daniel Pass (@ThatMrDan) reported@MichaelCade1 Same. But it regularly drops connection or goes down to KB of speed. Latency is very erratic. Very variable and not good for WFH for the two of us. I’ve got it for another year and won’t renew unless @EE actually gets 5G here.

Sarah (@Minnieatsea) reported@KennethJMacLean @EE @BarraIsland I know of at least one public building where the fire alarm system isn't working properly due to the lack of signal. It's such a wide ranging issue because everything relies on a decent 4g signal.
