@EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

@ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

@EE Have to also add that I just called up, felt poor service. Kept on silence no conversation and didn't really help me with what I wanted to know ahead of tomorrow for pre ordering :-(

In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

@EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

@EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

In certain sectors there will be a documented process to follow, but the usual expectation is that you have exhausted all means of contact with the company concerned. @DomMgy1 @EE Worst time of the year to start a new contract as all the companies have a CPI plus x% clause activating in March or April. Then they offer new customers the lower price again in May. Greedy and disgraceful but not illegal.
