    In 2021, is it beyond the realms of possibility, when placed on hold by a company like @EE (when customer service is shocking and they keep you on hold all weekend!) To select slightly less horrendous on-hold music? Can't fathom how they even acquired this many bad songs!

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @EE “We’re experiencing issues with calling and texting services. Due to high call volume, we’re unable to connect you to an advisor” This is unacceptable @EE, I have COVID and I’m trying to work from home & keep in contact with loved ones. It’s been 24+ hours ongoing.

    @EE Any chance you can get my broadband running above the 18mbps it’s currently running at?! Also, I’m sat 7ft away from the router and my phones signal is proper garbage?! Any ideas??? Thanks.

    @EE I'm having an issue with calls that I'd hoped was a problem with the device but it's carried over to my new phone 😕 whenever someone calls they can hear me but I can't hear them. If we hang up and call back its fine, but it's doing it for every call first time

    @EE help! Our broadband went down to a 1/6 of its usual strength on Friday and still isn’t back to normal. I have a lot of work calls this week and it’s not going to be good enough for video calls!!

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to £300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the “Extra”. Why is this happening?

    @EE Can u give me any advice on the broadband I have from urselves. Currently getting 25-27mbps to the hub, but connection to devices in the house is shocking, I’m currently on my phones 4g coz it’s so slow. And the tv upstairs disconnects from the WiFi, my Alexa in the kitchen?!

    @dustlined @EE Other people have managed to reduced the amount via customer agents, but their orders go back to the back of the queue. I've cancelled the order altogether now :D

    @SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE Totally, at one time there was a stigma with PAYG phones and deals but in 2021 they offer the most terrific value. Deregulating it with MVNO operators brought down prices. SMARTY is totally pre-pay with paypal, it suits him down to the ground

    @EE Please sort the poor level of service EE give me barely 1st. Barely 1 bar, for 6 months same excuses, I have been a loyal customer to you with 4 phones I need this sorting my neighbours have good service with voda and virgin and I may move please contact me

    @rawker28 @EE I know we can top up by other means but I still want see how much data and call times I have remaining. If it's not sorted by 13th November I'll be changing network provider.
