    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @EE Told I couldnโ€™t have it, then when trying to upgrade told Iโ€™d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about ยฃ90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    @EE To be honest itโ€™s been a while....donโ€™t get me wrong it works on occasions but I expect a constant good service not a sporadic one.

    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and donโ€™t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    @EE @nickduval My mum doesn't have a driving license and she has no intension of going on a plane anywhere. So I guess she will never have a EE contract either.

    Hey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.

    So today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.

    @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service

    @EE They said they cannot help as I don't have access to the settings on the phone. Because it is a new bloody phone and I can't set up with out the working SIM!

    @EE Why is my 5G & phone signal so consistently awful in the SE. I got a better reception in the Amazon Rainforest when away with work than I do in ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
