  @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

  @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

  Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

  @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help.   @DerekAllan61 @EE EE are robbing lying ***** , got my bill down to £15 a month with customer services , then get a letter saying that I have to pay £26 a month a week after I got the bill down . Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE We are all with sky mobile 3 handsets one SIM only deal , all done online and never one bit of hassle . My wife was with EE for years but they were absolutely shocking to deal with .

  @EE Thank you! Just transiting through to head to Switzerland. I’ve restarted my phone several times and turned off WiFi. It’s not giving me an option of purchasing an add-on for 10 days. Please help as I don’t want to be stung with daily charges.

  @EE why would your agents book open reach a totally different job to what I needed done then open reach turn up randomly without telling me their are coming then cancel Job so now I have to go through whole process again,and you say are no1 in the UK ????
