    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE Votes do not justify twice the price as any other service provider. You need to stop believing your own hype and look after your loyal customers before they start filtering away, you know, the ones that have stuck with you and built your company

    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @EE Told I couldnโ€™t have it, then when trying to upgrade told Iโ€™d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging Iโ€™ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE For two days I have wanted to check the balance on my Pay as you go mobile and/top up my credit. Texting 150 on handset is not working. Online said sorry that you could not meet my request and try again later.

    Just went to upgrade my mobile handset and re-sign with @EE for a few years. Shop is advertised to close at 5pm. Shutters down at 4:45. Awesome. Called to upgrade, no stock and no idea when they will have. Talk about a sign...

    @EE please help my niece whoโ€™s 5 years in ICU in Cardiff has volunteered to stay on frontline finishing 3rd yr of degree #NHSCovidHeroes for all this doesnโ€™t have an #NHS email like many frontline staff. She has an #EE contract but canโ€™t get her bonus #HELP #NHS

    @EE I have requested the unlimited data for my wife who is an NHS worker but when she clicks the link at her work it does not accept it and wonโ€™t allow the unlimited data to work. Can anyone assist us in solving this issue please

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐Ÿ˜ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE To be honest itโ€™s been a while....donโ€™t get me wrong it works on occasions but I expect a constant good service not a sporadic one.

    @EE Thatโ€™s great to hear Joe - please provide a list of additional benefits I will receive for this extra 15%, because at the moment I seem to be paying 15% more for the same service - or Iโ€™m paying for you to expand your network to allow you to have more customers & more revenue.

    @EE You're a bit late babes, the upgrade was already cancelled on my behalf (I didn't decide to cancel) because of DPD and I'm already trying again. I'll let you know if they screw up the delivery again *** x

    @EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of ยฃ20 per month in the interim is going to lose you ยฃ130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.

    @EE we've been without any phone signal or 4G home broadband for the last 24 hrs in ZE2 9PT Not the 1st time this month. Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

    @EE Here we are again. Signal in my area is poor. You promise a great service and signal but you don't deliver. I'm down to 1 bar and I can't get a signal to talk to my family.

    @EE Submitted a complaint yesterday about upgrade experience. Was also told Weds night if any issues with it going through I would 100% be called back in 24 hours. Never happened. Would appreciate it got looked at asap.
