I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

I can get calls but I can’t get any 4g at all. 3 yrs of complaining. 2 hours today bouncing around the worst phone system of any company. Around in loops and cut off 4 times. I didn't want to make a claim, I called to check my insurance, and it turns out the idiot/liar/blagger in the shop didn't put insurance on. So they told me to **** off n get insured elsewhere.
