If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.
