@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

@EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE Soooo..I get charged £100 excess fee for losing my phone fair enough. Having a little crack on the bottom of my screen excess fee is also £100! Honestly cant wait till my contact is up so i can leave this greedy company. Your more money focused than delivering a good service!

@EE when are the network issues in CF41 going to be resolved. I pay over £100 for 5 lines and none of us can make or receive calls and this has been happening for almost 2 months. I would call you to discuss but I haven't got network coverage!!

@leestoker1984 @EE I'm sorry youre having issues too. I thought my timekeeping was bad but honestly, the amount of times I've heard it'll be fixed in so many days and then it's dragged on for THREE MONTHS. That's almost 13% of my contract with them. Not good enough really is it?

After the awful customer service I had from @EE at the start of the original lockdown it’s a pleasure cancelling 2 of the 4 contracts I’ve got. I Will cancel the other 2 as soon as I can. 13 years loyal custom gone because they wouldn’t help with a simple request back last March.

@EE @btsport I’d love to but as @EE have left us with no internet for 18 days (no closer to a resolution than day one despite being told by their staff on more than one occasion it was being done that day or the next) I can’t.

@radiogoldsmith @EE I don’t know where you’ve decided to go but I received horrendous customer service on multiple occasions from them. I’ve had 2 contracts for 4/5 years now with @VodafoneUK and never looked back
