If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.
