Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos itโs not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
