It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u canβt use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra Β£14 out of me.

Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!
