onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported from Manchester, England2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about ยฃ100-ยฃ200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing
