    @EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process is now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code, it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it IS)! So my friend gave me a new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What can I do?

    @EE Like SERIOUSLY! What kind of response is this!!! Your website says my area covered, my sim is a 5G one in a 5G handset but only getting 4G coverage! Clearly there is an issue somewhere! Your NO help at all Rachel! Can you get someone who is a little more tech savvy please!
