@EE are there issues in our area for 4gee? County Down We’re using home mobile broadband and were getting great speeds 40/50mbps and great ping, now it’s away down. Ping is near 600 and speed of 5/6mbps and very low quality streaming. We left 3 because of this.

@EE can you help please. Due to an upgrade in the network in LA12, my partners phone and portable wifi box has no signal whatsoever. Can you advise when this will be rectified and if there will be a reduction in the bill to reflect this?
