1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

@EE hi I've been trying all day to access what my actual usage is ( txt, calls etc) within my monthly bill but just says " oops problem try again close app" done this re installed the app same issues!!!!!! Help please

@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

My mum has just been declined her 1st ever @Apple phone from @EE She’s in her 70’s, never had a mortgage, owns 2 properties, lives a comfortable life,no credit cards,no store cards and in a normal world would holiday 3 times a year. No credit history. Shameful customer service.

To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡
