@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄

@EE any idea what's going on with the network around Chippenham Wilts? Keep getting message its being turned off. Yet your website says nothing wrong and when I try to report it via webpage, I get an error in submission. All day it's been happening. Cant even use the phone.
