    Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    Diabolical service from @EE as always in Cheshire this afternoon For years the service around #Tarporley has been terrible on A49/51 but they have excelled themselves today. No service whatsoever Yet, when you check their coverage website, it should be full 4G Time to move on

    So I got a message from @EE saying I'm due an upgrade and I've just been into the shop in Manchester just to be told that I would have to pay more for the new phone and I'd lose my free BT sports and 10GB of data which was given to me after several bad issues with this company.

    So had reason to complain about @EE because of their service. The customer service agent just didn’t seem to care and wanted to get rid of the call so issued a deadlock letter because in her words “let the ombudsman deal with it” after 20 minutes on the call such shocking service

    @EE It's the cost mainly and that for 9 months apple have been taking £10 a month from me without me saying yes to it and when I took my phone into the EE shop the guy didn't know how to stop it either. Which was the last straw. Mainly it's the cost and the lack of service or perks.

    @EE I can’t call them their customer service is closed now.. I ordered for my phone to come today, for some reason they tried to deliver on Friday and now today I’ve had nothing even after calling and them telling me it’s coming tonight.. not impressed.

    @EE Whilst I thank you for the reply, it’ll be pointless, I’ll yet again explain the problem you will again tell me to go into airplane mode turn off & on etc change from Auto Network to Manual select EE all to no avail - still won’t help that EE cannot cope with demand!

    @EE lost everything in a fire. Need connection in such torrid times; Sky could not help and suggested cancelling for the duration. EE gave every family member 20 gig of data free to "help you over the first month of this difficult period and we are happy to help going forward".

    @coffeemadman @EE Yeah it's one of those weird things the English networks can't fix. I remember it only because it's been on Watchdog quite a few times over the years. As It used to cost quite a lot of money I. E. International roaming fees.
