    @EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about Β£90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me Β£26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!
