Andy Livingstone (@andylivi1) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.
-
GZ Chris 💙💛 🏆 (@guitarzonechris) reportedBeen with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Sarah J (@sazzalj) reported@EE no signal all day for the second day running yet again (happened earlier in the month too) do we get a refund on our bills for this??

-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reportedWent into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. -
EMSsays (@EMSSays) reported@EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged.
