@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE data on my phone is really hit and miss - it either does or doesn’t work. I have tried resetting my network settings but that made no difference. What else can I do? It’s an iPhone 13 on the latest iOS

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE But I'm not an EE customer, it was booked through Samsung, the exact fault was on the repair report, a hardware issue. The guy at the store says they have it all the time, so surely someone at EE should let Samsung know that they can't repair phones at that store
