Nicky B (@nickybarrot84) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!
-

Daniel C (@danielciornei) reported@EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.
-
Holly Gaze (@HollyGaze) reported@EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.
