  @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

  @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.

  @EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.
