    @coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

    @EE / self isolating due to cystic fibrosis. No signal in house to make calls since December. Numerous calls to you (check notes) no call back or speed test sent. I have two contracts with you and neither phone can make calls. Can ANYONE help or allow me to cancel my contracts.

    @EE hi, my elderly dad had a message saying his PAYG service with EE is ending but can switch to three. Would his number and payment be the same. How would he go about switching. I cant visit him due to lockdown and he is very confused

    @EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

    Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

    @EE This is fantastic and greatly received by all nhs staff. Just one small thing, got my code and followed instructions but it replied saying it was invalid. Sent email to appropriate email address but not had response. Help please. 🙏

    @EE For the past year, every time I log in to pay my bill it asks me to change my password and then when I go to pay, all it does is hard lock me outta paying. Constant cycle of logging me out and then telling me there’s an issue and to try again later Months on end

    I have had 2 emails, 4 phone calls and 3 txts from @ee TODAY alone trying to get me to take out fibre broadband….the best bit is. This area doesnt currently support fibre broadband. So if you can get that installed for me here *** sure ill take you up on it x

    @DanielMacfie @EE I’ve been having issues all day and I live in this area. I was just told it’s a hardware problem. I need a new router which won’t arrive until Thursday and so I have no wifi for three days. Absolutely ridiculous!
