@EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

@EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

@EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

@PS5StockAlertUK stock still crap. Even on these drops only a small percentage of gamers getting them. @EE PS5 stock has been crap as well. They still showing on their website that the consoles will arrive by 15th December. Cmon guys get it sorted.

@EE is your call centre shut on a Sunday? We are having major problems with our internet and we need to get them sorted, yet we call 150 and get "this office is shut" when according to your website, it is 8 am to 8 pm.
