@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@SirKnoe @EE I swapped from EE to Vodaphone and wouldnt look back, went from max 100mbps wifi to 900+, faultless new phone contract and swapped numbers, struggled with signal@ home with EE, have 5G with vodaphone

@EE If it was a fixed cost rise for all customers, ok but because I chose to have a handset that costs more than most, I am paying a higher percentage increase. I'm penalised because of a phone I am inevitably paying for. The service I get is no better than if I'd had a cheap phone.
