    @StuLittle1972 @EE That's ridiculous... Is it all networks near you like that or just ee??... How do you deploy is it radio or phone? We have bad areas in Nwas area but our phones seem to work OK no matter what the signal

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    Just an update for you @MarcAllera , I've had a phone call from the @bt_uk social media team because they thought I was talking about a BT mobile issue even though all my tweets show its an issue with @EE - come on team, this is simple stuff....

    @EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

    3/3 Maybe invest in some show day signal boosters, I’m sure @EE would be willing to help as only their signal seemed to work for phone users! You let people down, thankfully the performers were all fantastic. Please do better as providers of the services you’re paid for!

    @EE I have a complaint being looked at after being over charged and on Tuesday was told 2-3 days for a call back, it’s now sunday and not heard anything and ee still have my money

    @EE Not available. Will not allow sign in and those in Turkey and Greece are unable to make calls out despite roaming on. You are not answering tweets or Direct Messages and are leaving people stranded unable to arrange travel back to U.K. @Ofcom @EE

    @EE should not be a functioning company. Cannot overstate how appalling their service is - for me and others on asking around. If you're looking for #broadband or #phone services please don't go with them. They shouldn't still be in business.
