First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

Tom Brimelow (@tombrim21) reported@EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
