Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

@EE I decided to upgrade my phone and I got a watch and a new phone. Both of which I had to have replacements for as the phone was scratched and the watch was not working. I was told on two occasions that I would get a call back from agents and I never did

@EE I was told i would get another call from GLENN GAULT today. No call so I called. The agent said they cannot help me and I said I feel i have no choice but to leave EE and she said someone will call me tomorrow to process the cancellation.
