  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
