  @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

  @EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

  @EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.
