Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

@coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

@EE Phone is awful looking forward to changing. Wasn't worth the freebie Xbox I got last year. Thought it was ok but as time goes on I've realised the phone doesn't work properly when going from portrait to landscape it cuts off half the screen. Plus other issues.

@EE Thank you. I have the app I checked the upgrade and trading in my s20 plus despite few cracks in screen will save me £14 a month making it £56 a month or £57 which isn't too bad. Definitely best deal I have seen. I also like the s8 tab ultra hope your day goes OK
