I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
