    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    @EE we have no broadband since Monday evening, I was told that the service would be up and running again by 5pm today and we still don't have a connection. I've no communication whatsoever and it's now beyond a joke

    @RoshniManglore @EE @SkyUK I didn't either though have had Sky tv and broadband since 2015, have had no problems. They have a little spot in the shopping centre where you can go and actually talk to human being which I did today. A rare thing these days otherwise you press buttons and speak to robots!

    @EE Hi Craig, yes bought from store on Friday, returned Saturday am , Nathan store manager assured me cancelled, still been charged, also rang store last Thursday, spoke to Francis, who still assured me cancelled, please help..
