  @EE @LasallianSean What really annoys me is that if you want to buy something, few online clicks and sorted. If you want to cancel, you have to telephone, wait, listen to their grovelling nonsense, talk to a human. Just make things easy for everyone

  @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

  @EE Good Afternoon I have come off the phone with an advisor about an eSIM transfer issue. Done the replacement via myEE app QR code. The new phone is now on “Activating”. How long can this take please?
