@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

Really want to upgrade with @EE but they never have 13 pro max in stock - keeps saying wait is over 28 days and they are still asking for £100 upfront - which isn’t acceptable as a customer of 8yrs - having to look elsewhere

Been with @VodafoneUK for over 12 years my phone bill has never been less than £150 pound a month my contract is due to end finally they can’t wave the upfront cost when they are the only company who have an upfront cost so think it’s time to move to @EE

@EE Had a 4GEE WIFI mini for almost 12 months and it's never worked. I've phoned up a couple of times and had charges cancelled and then I keep getting charged again for something that never worked. Lots of issues with these devices but no solution it seems...
