@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

@Devinemufc @EE It’s horrible mate. I’ve no problem with EE, I’ve been with them for years and I’ve no problem with inflationary increases. I’m fortunate enough to be able to afford them. I have a problem with them inflicting a 7.5% increase on people though. Horrible.

@EE yes but you need the customer’s agreement to pay the same money as I was not aware when my contract was finishing you don’t make it easy to find that information online and if you had put a notification on it I would have definitely seen it nobody contacted me.

@EE major issues with my account - suspended without notice and forced to pay additional charges to reactivate. I’m now in the US without a working phone despite paying for the required add-ons. Pls respond to DM as need a means of using my phone for emergency contacts abroad.
