    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that canโ€™t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE of course the callback to get this apple watch working came in during the only 10 minutes of the day I couldn't answer it. Hasn't worked since it arrived. Profile issues or something.

    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป

    Thats nothing. @EE came to my door told me that if I didnt need my home line they would beat my talk talk bill(ยฃ36)that included tv for ยฃ31 so I switched,they sent no tv box then wanted to charge me another ยฃ24 extra for basic tv box so They wanted ยฃ55 for a lesser service

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr โ€œupdatesโ€ that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.

    If that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?
