It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u canโt use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra ยฃ14 out of me.

Ollie (@ollieb997) reported@EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isnโt allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you donโt provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?

Gem๐งฃ (@gems_endgame) reported@EE How would I go about raising a complaint? Iโve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didnโt want to know.
