@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

@EE You obviously didn’t understand what I tweeted. It’s EE’s rubbish signal strength and lack of coverage in our area of 4G & no 5G signal. I have 4 mobiles (iphone & Samsungs) currently on EE which reiterates the poor signal coverage from EE.

@EE Morning! I’m having some issues with my lightning port on my iPhone 13 Pro. It’s only intermittently charging. I’ve only had it 11 months and never had an issue with previous 4 iphones. Tried to use the app to find solution, but new layout is awful! Can you help? Thanks

@EE WTF? 14% increase on my contract? £81 extra a year. That’s an obscene abuse of agreed contract. What’s the point of agreeing one when only one party has any say in it. Been with you 20+ years. Really not sure you can count on my loyalty going forward. 😡🤬

@EE Not been resolved, I've just been able to reply has my sim card was suspended again, I'm trying to resolve the problem but I am being spoken to in a disgraceful manner and fed misinformation when I call the customer service agents

@EE All I want is decent 4G service. The problem is Thornbury near Bristol expanded rapidly years ago yet mobile coverage is bad outside town centre. I appreciate this can’t be fixed overnight but hundreds of new homes and soon thousands will be built with connectivity still the same

I joined Orange UK for my mobile phone in 2003. Still with them now (although they’re called @EE). In 20 years I’ve never had as many problems as upgrading to iPhone 14 Pro Max has caused me.
