  @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

  2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!
