  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  @EE Your router is garbage. Your tech is garbage. Is anyone coming out of contract with @bt_uk? Don't swap your bt hub for an ee router. It is total garbage. Don't believe the advert the wi-fi is trash.

  Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

  @EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

Everytime I get “ We are testing and all looks fine”’ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help.   @EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, it’s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

  @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼

  @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further
