Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

have treat us better than @EE is doing. Is it too much to ask for a disabled person to be able to have a phone that works? @DisRightsUK @DisabilityGovUK . It's really not right that a company feels the first and only resort when dealing with customers like my mum is to threaten
