  @EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

  No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

  So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

  @cockney_yid @EE @ThreeUK I’ve been palmed off for years, I use my Wi-Fi at home so I’ve let it side, I’ve just checked it and it’s still ****, less than 2mbps, 100m up the road I can get 5g and 200mbps+

  @EE we have had internet issues and no phone signal for weeks. What is going on.multiple devises with no signal sometimes all day this is now the third week I don’t understand. No apologies,no communication no support. 3 WEEKS !!!!! Postcode TN27

  @EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.
