@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@EE Thank you.. I got a unlock code but it wasn't recognised and got totally locked so now I need MCK code, I went in your Chester shop a very helpful girl tried her best to help but to no avail she the phone is totally locked she suggested a email you will DM you details
