@EE It’s not 4G I’m worried about. It’s a signal good enough to make a telephone call Frankly, your service just isn’t good enough And we are not talking remote parts of tbe country here. We are talking about 3 miles from Manchester Airport or on the A49 in Cheshire @Photofeature

  • MDOG_Manchester
Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • toewad1
toewad1 (@toewad1) reported from Salford, England

@virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

  • m7leicauser
Andy Barton (@m7leicauser) reported from Manchester, England

@EE Btw. No amount of complaining to @EE customer services over the years ever gets any improvement made. This poor service has been like this for years. Tbh, I don’t know why I renewed my contract with you the last time.

  • AdamPlatt95
Adam Platt (@AdamPlatt95) reported from Chorley, England

and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

@HawleyJonathan @Graeme_Hawley @RamsbottomCC @EE @BuryCouncil @GFoxyFowler @bbctms @thetimes @BackStop130 There are plenty of brownfield sites available that they could use, this is just more convenient for them to ***** their mast close to the town but in such a scenic and well used part of the town. You’ve been down there, you know what it looks like

  • dansodergren
Dan #Tech4Good Sodergren (@dansodergren) reported from Urmston, England

@IanMCalvert @EE @bt_uk @MarcAllera So it hasn't just happened to me then... Right it's worth a complaint or three to @EE and @BT and maybe even a spot on @BBCWatchdog or @bbc5live

  • dansodergren
Dan #Tech4Good Sodergren (@dansodergren) reported from Urmston, England

@OoBComedy @EE It's only little own me... Which is why I never questioned it. Someone is getting a very stern phone call this morning if I have time...

@coastie61 @EE Nothing back yet. Its more that the extra was bundled and never used. And not had an iPhone which I would even play it on for 3 years. Didn't even know I had the offer. We will see. And let's hope for a positive outcome and a nice story out of it.

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Hang on, I thought it was only O2 who were reintroducing roaming charges? Wait, I’m confused…

  • PatFenelonITV
    Pat Fenelon 🎥 (@PatFenelonITV) reported

@StanCollymore @EE @EE signal is abysmal around the Midlands drops out regularly when on the move , I’ve been a customer over 15yrs it’s the worst it’s been even though I’m 5G’d up blah blah

  • automotophoto
    Andrew Wheeler (@automotophoto) reported

@ianwheeler @denkmit @EE Ian, I just read that too. Poor guy

  • StanCollymore
    Stan Collymore (@StanCollymore) reported

Nice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.

  • steelo1977
    Ancient of mumu (@steelo1977) reported

@EE Changes however small are against what you announced last year. I've been a customer since the days of Orange as I said I'd rather know the lay of the land than be told one thing and find out another later.

  • tismeagainuk
Gee Weee.🇬🇧 Support our Police (@tismeagainuk) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK I would just be happy to get a consistent signal in parts of this country.

  • jimcox82
    Jim (@jimcox82) reported

@EE Nice job, I wont be renewing my contract with you over your reintroduction of roaming charges. Over 10 years as a customer and this is how you behave after saying you wouldnt introduce them. I'll be going back on my word to finish paying the rest of my contract.

  • Jimlibob
    James Rees (@Jimlibob) reported

@StanCollymore @EE Problem is they will all follow suit and EE know this. The 'dividends' and 'control' were never going to be for the little people.

  • DanWalkerDJ
    Dan (@DanWalkerDJ) reported

@ASC_Jez @EE @WeAre8Official 100% agree. Customer since ORANGE days. 23 years. Stayed despite them not being the cheapest. Time to look elsewhere

  • Phoenixrahman
    Phoenix Rahman (@Phoenixrahman) reported

@EE @bryonydixon It’s funny you say that you guys are “investing into our leading customer service” and yet go do the one thing that goes opposite of that statement. Break your promise. That is no way to be a “leading customer service”.
