  @ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

  @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

  @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
