    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

    @EE Robyn, this is essentially useless as this conversation has been had again and again. EE need to rectify this issue without me having to have repeated, pointless conversations only to be told the masts can't cope.

    @EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

    @EE Had issues whilst I've been down in Middleton, Manchester since Friday. I come here most weekends and it works fine. I live in Huddersfield and it usually works fine down there.

    @EE I’m sick & tired of my awful @Apple @iPhone_News #iphone6se what an awful phone. No wonder it’s discontinued & I cannot get a cover for it. My contract ends at the end of the year! I want a new phone now.

    After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

    @EE over the last few days I keep getting calls from papa New Guinea at all times of the day and night how can I stop this as they are all from different numbers so just blocking the number won’t help

    @EE your members site seems very broken! Desktop and also the app! Just tried to upgrade and it’s taken me 3 hours and then a get an error message at the end! This is the 3rd attempt in 2 weeks! Not sure you want me to upgrade!

    No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

    @EE appalling customer service. All we are trying to do is upgrade my **** phone but we can’t do it. She doesn’t have any photo ID so you won’t deliver it to her yet you are happy to speak to her on the phone on the number you have for her and take her money each month. Poor form

    @EE Hi thanks for coming back to me. It’s not worked properly since yesterday, no WiFi or just buffering. I’ve used my 4G to hotspot today but it’s not the first time this has happened with you. Sorry to say I’m counting down the months to be able to change provider.

    @EE I sent a DM earlier but not heard back yet (I know you’re busy). Upgraded at the weekend, since then had two random extra charges appear on the website - which is currently not working. Don’t know what they are for! Also my new phone (or any phone) is not showing in the app??
