    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE whats going on in WA3 area - no signal again. Every day this last week the signal has gone at some point and for a significant period of time. So no calls, no Internet, cant contact the kids, they cant contact me..... what am I paying for????

    You know whatโ€™s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over ยฃ500 to cancel early - Iโ€™ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost ยฃ500 brand new even back then! Thatโ€™s like a ยฃ2k contract for a ยฃ500 phone!!

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today Iโ€™ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying ยฃ40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now Iโ€™ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos itโ€™s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

    @EE Iโ€™ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they donโ€™t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I canโ€™t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! ๐Ÿคฌ
