    @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE mixed bag with you lot today. One lad telling us to shop elsewhere and not wanting to help and the other sorting us out with two upgrades and an hours chat. Doesn’t take much to be nice 👍🏻

    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE Hi my mum has l hope successfully cancelled EE using web chat. She explained she has MND and can no longer speak and that it was terminal. The first response was to try and upsell her a data package and then trying to get her on Pay As You Go. Finally they agreed to cancel

    @EE pay as you go sim from #heathrow airport which should be ready to use is just a rubbish package. Paid £35 for 40G data and it is not activated!!! The joke is @EE asking me to speak to the vending machine, yes speak to the machine as this is not their problem.

    So what @EE possibly or indirectly suggested is to travel and come back from the same terminal and speak to a “vending machine” or find a contact number or that machine as they are not responsible for their own SIM cards!!! Great customer service and solutions.

    @EE What’s the issue with the routers this week? I have had to reset my router 2-3 times each day to be able to work. Has there been a known issue? as it seems to be more than myself with these issues.

    @EE really poor service for my trip to the USA. standard message on arrival says leave network selection to automatic, I did that! AT&T network issues apparently and now using T mobile as notified by customer service and that is even worse…I can’t even call you.
