Want to watch the Merseyside Derby but can't because the @BTsports app you suppose to be able to access being an @EE customer won't let you access it and I am now peed right off so much for having bt sports on my contract when I cant access it

@EE Having a lot of signal problems, my wife is trying to make important calls but the signal keeps dropping out meaning she's missing the call. Never had this issue before. Its been the same for two days, having pretty much no signal!

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@EE should my broadband speed drop during the day ? I’ve been having big trouble with my broadband speeds/connection. I’ve just done speed test first from living room 7mps then from two foot from router and 12mps ? Surely still not right. Should be 36mps

@EE Hi Olivia, how does network usage increase by 10% in a year? Do EE have any stats to back that up? I know you just work the social media, so my question also applies to you - will they increase your salary? Or are they just thieving for 'profits'. 10% is just a ridiculous amount.

@EE can't believe the difference between Bt and ee. After swapping to ee I've 4g everywhere. Only downside was me fixing something their techs couldn't so thanks to Google. Had no data signal as the apn wasn't being done auto, as 2 be done manually.

@rjek @EE I took out my contract a week ago after being sold a deal. A week later you put the price up £5.40 a month for the next 2 years, I've been in touch with customer service and if they don't sort it out within my cooling off period I'll be leaving you and going elsewhere
