After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

I go uptown only to find the @EE signal was down & couldn’t use my phone to check my banking apps, make/receive calls or check my home cameras 😭 was waiting for a important call as well , lucky soon as I moved away from town the signal came back 🙌🏻 #ee

@EE A quick reminder to people that when your contract finishes you continue to pay the same amount via your DDM - and EE will make little effort to help customers save money. If your contract has expired and you have not made a new phone decision then call EE and reduce to SIM only.
