  @EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

  @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

  @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

  @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

  Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

  @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭

  @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨
