@EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

Amazing that @EE say don't call if possible because of Covid but don't have a dedicated online page to report broadband problems. Well it's crap EE. Unreliable and slow. It's like 2001 in our house...#TheySaidEEWasRubbish #ShouldHaveListened

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

@EE I had to hang up as had an appointment but the deal put through ended with me having to pay £114 instead. I wasn’t happy as not what I ordered/wanted. I want the deal from weds, it’s not my fault if the campaign ended Friday (it should have been processed weds when I ordered).

@EE This is the WiFi on my standard broadband. I am a foot away from the router. I get 19mb in to the router... wired usually good signal, some occasional drops... WiFi is shockingly unstable and goes from 19mb to this.... what ever this useless nonsense is.

@EE I've had no Internet since December. Engineer due today was a no show. When I called customer service I was promised a call back with an update. Didn't get that either. Ridiculous care for customers!

@EE Hi Kristen. I tried, had an issue turning off find my iPhone. Person I spoke to told me to delete the handset from my apple account (which apple have told me has lost me all back ups 😩) and still wouldnt turn off. Nothing can be done apparently and it’s gone to complaints?
