and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

@EE Don’t shop or join with EE EE has added my name into contract without getting my consent. EE can’t provide copy of contract they pretend I signed. EE customer service team is not aware of anything and not helping. EE fraud investigation team is not providing feedback since month

@EE some feedback. it states on the Brentwood coverage page the new mast is live however the signal on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is still poor. Running latest software and restarted device. Poor signal where I live and also on Brentwood high street and surrounding area.

Have been sent a new sim, sent to store and now back to support, who say I need to get a new contract for 5G (upgraded phone, but only getting 4G) on @ee. Offered a new 24 month contract at 3x price I am on now (sim only). Yikes! What an epic waste of time too.
