  @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

  @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  @LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
