@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

@EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@OPPOMobileUK phones are rubbish. The are the worst phone I have had the misfortune to have. @EE promised "the earth" with these phones but they are absolutely crap. Freeze, non-responsive... I'm fed up with it. Can't wait for my contract to end and get a decent phone...

Disgusted with @EE just been onto your live chat team who told me they can't help me (despite promising I wouldn't be cut off before Thursday, I was) and the advice I've been left with was 'download Skype to call us because we cut you off'. As a result I am stranded at hospital.

@EE Hi Craig. USA. Roaming fully enabled on the device. Long chat sessions with two of your team who have apparently checked and / or reset everything, concluded that there's no problem and told me to switch my phone on and off lots of times. Still no service.

@EE After two lengthy chat sessions (on Saturday and Sunday) you're billing me £10.44 extra for a 'roam further' add-on which I'm still unable to use as I have "no service". Thanks for absolutely nothing. Very disappointing after more than a decade of using your network!

Today was the worst. Specifically told the rep i spoke with 7 months ago that i wanted a smart benefit plan on my line and was looking forward to have an upgrade, only to find out that i was given an essential plan and i am paying same amount. Thanks. @EE
