    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @EE not being funny but not ideal my service dropping whilst on call for the ambulance service! No matter how many times I turned it off and on again still nout!

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

    @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

    @EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

    @EE New iPhone not working. Took into Perth shop. Say they can't help as I ordered online. Go home, go online to book help...up comes a repair appointment at my nearest store...Perth! What an utter shambles and waste of my time 😒

    @EE your signal in B771NR has gone from 3 Bars to 1 bar sometimes none. Not happy your service is getting worse and if you don’t fix it I’m off back to @VodafoneUK
