Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England@sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down
-
Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.
-
emily (@emmason93) reported from Preston, England@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough
-
The Strictly Spoiler (@davejthorp) reported from Preston, England@EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

Michael (@MichaelPyle3) reported@MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.
-
Julian (@JuFitJuJu) reported@EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk
-
Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
-
Of Mice and Men (@Topstop1) reported@EE 🤬 STILL NO INTERNET; NO UPDATE; NO SOLUTION HOW MUCH LONGER AM I EXPECTED TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS??? 🤬
-
None Superior (@nonesuperior) reported@Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!
-
Forgottengirl078 (@forgottengirl78) reported@EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.
-
Sarah (@idlewildgirl) reported@aaron_mcr @EE wtf! How can they say that lol
-
Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) reported@chrisdee2016 @EE the account holder, I'm afraid however to use an electric pole we do need a wayleave from the electricity board, there's no automatic right for us to use one of their poles unfortunately - if this is the issue then it will be something we'll be managing through your order (2/3)
-
ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported@EE I've already spoken with someone who was less than helpful. Don't know why I bothered really just backs up the dreadful customer service.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@Baron_Flumpy @EE Hello random poster. Your Tweet referenced having a coverage issue at home, which WiFi-calling rectifies. Most people leave their broadband running 24/7/365 - I don't see anything to gain by turning it off randomly. You didn't mention anything about wider coverage issues?
