In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

@EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

@EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@EE Please can you assist urgently! My account is up to date, confirmed by you, yet I’ve had no service since 25 Nov. A very long online chat failed to resolve issue. Online chat is not available but I can only communicate online. You are ignoring me. I’m losing the will to live!

@EE So after you were going to put my broadband package up by £14 so I went to cancel.I thought the Cs gave me a good deal at £23 only to check my bill and he has put on a call package that was not even discussed.Too late to cancel now as you will sting me for cancellation fee.

@EE Try it - I can assure you those towers will come down faster than they went up. 5g is harmful to humans and wildlife, Yes people said the same about 3g and 4g, but the frequencies here are much higher and much more dangerous

Why did I get @ThreeUK’s home broadband? I should have known from my experience before with them that the signal and speeds would be awful! If only I could have afforded @EE’s equivalent, the speeds with them are amazing on my phone!

@EE Andy, you could pick any street in the country and I expect I’d have 1-2 bars and maybe 4G at a push. I don’t know what’s happened but in the last few months but the entire network has been appalling. Made the mistake of convincing my gf to move from O2 to EE and she hates it

So apparently @EE have been doing necessary work in my area to improve it's network. Safe to say unless I'm on WiFi I have poor network coverage in work and at home (no coverage, E or H). Think I'll be switching networks come the end of my contract.
