@EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE got my iPhone 13 as an upgrade, received the phone no problem on that side however it’s come with an additional sim car and has turnt out its additional device and contract which isn’t what I wanted. Just an upgrade. Can someone please advise? Been on hold for an 1hr now

@EE Hi, all good thanks. To be honest I think EE should be quite angry with dpd for treating their customers badly, and maybe look at some workarounds if 3rd parties like dpd drop clangers like this. But for the moment, thanks to Matalan staff, the problem is resolved
