Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

It seams that althoe the ohone that i want has a lot of price options it appears the cheapest they can do is £78 per month ive always had the latest phone and never paid so much .

The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
