In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@hatemornings @EE I've found with ee over the years if you request your pac code someone phones you within 10 minutes. They fall over backwards then to sort problem out . Hope this helps .👍

@EE recently my wifi has been pretty bad, even with the ethernet connection, i have been experiencing very bad latency for no reason. I average around 150 ping and sometimes even getting over 500! Usually i get around 10-15? this is around the wd25 area

@EE I was happy with your service but from some month ago is being so annoying your quality of service. In less than 3 month the network in my area have fallen 4 times and the last one was on Sunday until yesterday at 13:45, but today at 17:50 my network is down again.
