  • DanMiller944
Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

  • johnpotterLD
Cllr John Potter 🔶🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇺 (@johnpotterLD) reported from Preston, England

@EE Several years but we could usually get a signal upstairs but the signal is so bad now we can’t call inside

and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

  • dave6018
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • Crawlspace71
Mark Scowcroft (@Crawlspace71) reported from Kirkham, England

@EE Anyone aware of EE outage issues in Kirkham area PR4

  • melbluenose
Melanie Lewis (@melbluenose) reported from Parbold, England

@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2

  • KarenLouiseMoor
Karen Louise Moore (@KarenLouiseMoor) reported from Blackpool, England

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days. However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

  • Waynelittlewood
Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

  • davejthorp
The Strictly Spoiler (@davejthorp) reported from Preston, England

@EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

  • KarenLouiseMoor
Karen Louise Moore (@KarenLouiseMoor) reported from Blackpool, England

Thank you to Alan from @EE for sorting out my problem and crediting £30 off my next bill #shabba 😊

  • kelly394
mrs kelly jackson (@kelly394) reported from Preston, England

@EE I spoke to the team on chat today and im still not getting anywhere . It seams that althoe the ohone that i want has a lot of price options it appears the cheapest they can do is £78 per month ive always had the latest phone and never paid so much .

  • ConciergeNinja
Concierge Ninja 🛎 (@ConciergeNinja) reported from Blackpool, England

    @EE Hi not a problem 😊

  • Waynelittlewood
Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

  • TheFootyTog
Pete Burns 🍥 (@TheFootyTog) reported from Croston, England

Just got my PS5 via @EE as an add on to my current contract! Got the text to say they were back in, ordered within 2 mins! Great service ! #ps5ukstock #ps5

  • dave6018
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • emmason93
emily (@emmason93) reported from Preston, England

@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

  • athole52
warwick monk (@athole52) reported from Southport, England

@Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people don’t have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.

  • a37yM
    Arty Em (@a37yM) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

  • virgodragon864
    Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported

@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

  • LesCashmore
    Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported

@EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy

  • Wozza777
    Wozza (@Wozza777) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE There will be something for those communities they can’t legally leave a house without a connection I’ve just moved my elderly parents over to digital home phone there are backup lines for pendant alarms. The copper landline wiring is poor these days it’s just moving with the tec

  • wxmsmith
    Neal (@wxmsmith) reported

@EE please provide a contact link or phone number to discuss my mother’s account with you (I am on the account). Your website is no help

  • CreateActionLtd
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported

@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

@EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either

  • sisterhaze

@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
