    @EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

    @EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

    Been an @EE customer for 20 years (prev. Orange) Ask for an upgrade deal, they fob me off with an "amazing deal" which is £4 more pm, has an upgrade fee 40gb data than with EE online with no upgrade fee and unlimited data. #shocking #poorservice #nocustomerloyalty

    @EE the last customer service rep I spoke with, was brilliant, I was a pain the behind because I wasn’t happy (I was polite and did apologise for being a pain), but she explained the reasons brilliantly and handled the call just as well 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @EE loyal customer for years and they couldn’t care less worst customer service ever, not given correct info and then penalised for it. If you think staying with them means anything I can tell you now it doesn’t, they do not care about your loyalty.

    @SamsungUK @EE Disappointed to see that the recent promotion for the pre-order of Note20 Ultra is not forthcoming. I have provided all documentation from EE to Samsung promotion team, who are still requesting further evidence of the pre-order. Great product, poor c/service.
