@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@EE I have and get spouted the same corporate bullshit, it’s our company policy basically to rip off customers massively, overcharging every single customer in contact by average £200 plus on every single one, really think it needs investigation by ombudsman because it can’t be legal
