@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@EE I tried to get help in both Nottingham shops and no one knew even the samsung staff I have been told what to do but can't now no wifi because no virgin since they cut me off in april and are now history after 23 years corrupt now virginmedia never recommend anymore

@EE Not a word. The lady I spoke to agreed to take £30 off initially which I am grateful for, however it clearly states free on the EE app so I feel that's not food enough. She also said it's very misleading so clearly agrees with my whole complaint.
