@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

@EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

@EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

You can travel very long distances on trains in Hampshire without getting any @EE phone signal. Whole way from Basingstoke to almost Eastleigh. That’s nearly half the distance to the south coast from London. Shame on you @EE.

@EE EE currently 3 weeks in to an unlock request (contract ended and was imo missold but that's a different complaint), numerous hours of phone calls and still no sign of progress. Surely this is unacceptable? @Ofcom. How do I progress this when EE REFUSE to unlock?

@AdContrarian Completely agree. Frequently get only one or two signal bars from around central London. @ee “the UK’s biggest network” - if not London, where? I guess it could be part of @ukgov “levelling up” agenda…
