    Classic @EE - website crashes when going to upgrades. Chat says they’ve fixed it (not). Upgrade chap offers me a £20, 20gb, 12 month contract. Then it comes through at £22 for 18months. I call up, no chat record. Cancel my new contract but will take 24hrs. Current offer expires.

    @EE No, it’s regarding my daughters iPhone that gave up at the weekend, 18 mths into a 2yr contract Apple said that the phone could not be repaired and EE kindly said nothing could be done as it was past the 12month warranty. I emailed customer.complaints to no avail!!

    @EE Whilst I thank you for the reply, it’ll be pointless, I’ll yet again explain the problem you will again tell me to go into airplane mode turn off & on etc change from Auto Network to Manual select EE all to no avail - still won’t help that EE cannot cope with demand!

    @EE lost everything in a fire. Need connection in such torrid times; Sky could not help and suggested cancelling for the duration. EE gave every family member 20 gig of data free to "help you over the first month of this difficult period and we are happy to help going forward".

    @coffeemadman @EE Yeah it's one of those weird things the English networks can't fix. I remember it only because it's been on Watchdog quite a few times over the years. As It used to cost quite a lot of money I. E. International roaming fees.
