@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EE in Oct 2020 our local mast was taken down so we have been left with no service at our Head Office & neither have @RoyBraidwoods. Our communications provider are being ignored by their a/c managers at EE and we are receiving no updates...

@EE tried using chat today as been having major signal issues, constantly said not available to help and to ring, on hold for ages while being told to use the chat and online help, then signal drops again...help!

Dear @EE . Thanks for removing the ability for group chats without notification. Only found out today this was disabled from 31 Jan as I was trying to arrange an important work meeting. You really have no idea about customer service. Will be cancelling at the end of my contract.

@EE It appears to be an issue with both. Just checked and it’s an issue in the area. I have signed up for SMS updates now to keep up to date with when it is resolved. Currently just says “taking longer than expected to resolve”

@EE But you just turned it off without informing the customer who DO use it (like me). Third party apps I have to pay for, and don't integrate nicely with the phone. Utterly ridiculous decision and utterly appalling way of treating customers.

Looks like I’ll be sticking with the iPhone X and it’s awful camera for ca while yet. Eligible for upgrade with @EE but prices are frightening for a comparable device! Maybe time to change provider
