@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

Isnt it funny when you move to @EE because they put endless bullshit on the TV about being “the UKs best network”, so you move to them and hardly ever have a decent signal. Back to @ThreeUK me thinks. This lot are worse than useless!! 😡😡😡

@EE I have to use WiFi to call but that doesn’t help with my EE mobile broadband device, it’s not just EE either o2 and three are affected as my neighbours have the same problem but there doesn’t appear to be any explanation that makes sense

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good
