  • willissweeney97
Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

  • gwebo79
gemma hammond (@gwebo79) reported from Aspull, England

  • Waynelittlewood
Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

  • redams66
Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I’m on Vodafone so if you buy the last year of my contract out I’ll join your ‘faster network’ No?

  • dave6018
David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • cmahoney21
Catherine Mahoney (@cmahoney21) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England

@EE Hello, any solution for a phone that is asking me to sign into EE, can't connect to network? No status issues on your website for WN5, I have data, have restarted and turned off numerous times. Still showing 4G symbol. Using S22.

  • pbwake
Peter Wakefield (@pbwake) reported from Liverpool, England

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

  • emma1995_louise
emma louise crowther (@emma1995_louise) reported from Tyldesley, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GreenVapinGiant
    Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  • danielciornei
    Daniel C (@danielciornei) reported

@EE is by far the worst company when it comes to loyalty tax. come broadband renewal… the ONLY option was upgrade to 10% more cost and when I started the switch the most bored person in the world called…. @EE I don’t care you are the best … thank you but no thank you.

  • rnbwithu

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

  • DomLarkin65
    DomLarkin65 (@DomLarkin65) reported

@EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

  • tank_matt
TankMatt and 452 other people (@tank_matt) reported

Had an issue with @EE for weeks and they just refusing to help.

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@EE why is always the last year of a contract and network goes to crap. The new pro always promise the network is going to get better so people get a new contract with you when you’re talking absolutely nonsense.?

  • DragonsofWales
    DragonsofWales (@DragonsofWales) reported

Shout out to @EE for wrecking thousands of people’s WiFi routers with their latest firmware update and, in their usual style, doing nothing to fix it. Don’t bother replying to this, EE. I am done talking to you. Time for us all to vote with our wallets.

  • IrfanAlMoha
    Irfan (@IrfanAlMoha) reported

@EE 01282 573603 received a call saying they were calling from BT/EE sound like scammers as they said number would be blocked next few days due to new sims rolling out due technical issues, wanted me to confirm memoword/email I ignored him.
