@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE am I and others entitled to money off our phone bills if use can’t promise us a good service, because why am I and millions of others paying for phones where the entire network is down???

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@slf_toon @EE Hi @slf_toon, in 2011 I got contract with Orange (EE) & like you had no service at all despite being near the masts. Paid it 18 months talking to them ~2 hours a day, replaced the phone three times, SIM replaced more. Walked away on 18th month and was harassed for years.

  • FlashForman Nick Forman (@FlashForman) reported

@EE My broadband signal has went down this morning. AB42 4TB. .??

  • Shouty_Dave Dave Hard 4.0 - The Bit **** One. (@Shouty_Dave) reported

@EE But successfully ignoring my requests for help so far...

  • SirStanley14 Sir Stanley (@SirStanley14) reported

  • Peeka78 Simon Roskilly (@Peeka78) reported

@EE our EE Broadband WiFi is very slow. Is there any issues?

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@slf_toon @EE Absolutely dire and disgusting the way they abuse the system and don’t care less if customers actually get a service from them. Oh later learned you can recall up to 6 months of direct debits so if you are going to stop paying may as well get the cash back. Wish I knew then.

  • howardgunn Howard (@howardgunn) reported

@EE Poor show after 20+ years.

  • Ally1889 Ally 🇦🇺🇮🇹 (@Ally1889) reported

@EE Gotta say your callers and service are still second to none ! Managed to get through this morn and lovely chap gave us a new Fibre Broadband deal £36.36 all in This is the reason why I’ve been with you guys for over 20 years (Orange first) 👍🏻

  • andy_cov93 Andrew (@andy_cov93) reported from Coventry, England

@martinstubbs24 @EE Only issue is I have to go O2 EE Vodafone direct for my Apple watch to work on the data still 🤕

  • KelticDelta KelticΔ (@KelticDelta) reported

@slf_toon @EE Oh & just be be clear, they endlessly replaced the SIM as any excuse to waste my time but I bought a new phone (switched back to iPhone 4) in case the new Android was the issue (didn’t like it much anyway) & then Apple replaced the iPhone just to rule out it being the issue.
