@EE @EE I take it all back. It’s back to no service underground again today. I assume maybe 5G trials were on Monday and it boosted 4G and maybe things are reverted again today :(

@SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

Not even that but I can’t even create a new account in my name for the mobile and migrate over without losing my numbers. It will actually be easier for me to just cancel my contract early and migrate both numbers to a new network. Guess I’ll move to @EE then and get on 5G!

@EE Ok. That‘a clear. But: The contract ends on my neighbour using the PAC code with another provider, not on requesting and receiving it from you. He may never use it and just let it lapse. Why does he have to pay you a fee before termination? @ofcom @WhichUK
