@EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

@picturepositive @EE Years ago, when I was in a similar situation and struggling, a @BritishGasHelp employee actually laughed at me down the phone. I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

@EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

@EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

@EE This is absolute rubbish!! The amount of times I’ve walked snowdon on multiple routes and had zero signal even within a mile radius of the mountain there’s no signal there why are you making false adverts? EE everything everywhere should be NN in my opinion!

So if you are leaving @VodafoneUK (cause no tube WiFi) and want a network with visual voicemail, decent central london capacity, inclusive roaming costs to Europe and USA, let me save you an hour: the answer is @EE with the Roam Pass (£2 thing doesn’t impact that, yet).
