  @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

  @EE Thanks for getting back. It’s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s £8-£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

  @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

  @picturepositive @EE Years ago, when I was in a similar situation and struggling, a @BritishGasHelp employee actually laughed at me down the phone. I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽
