    @EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

    @SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    @EE DO NOT take out telephone insurance with EE because they make it too difficult to claim. I have called 5 times been into a shop but they insist on you erasing a phone which you can't do when it is broken. Ridiculous

    @EE on 14th May received message saying essential work being carried out in Thanet to make network better. Since then reception has been appalling. My son and his family are also on EE and his reception 2 miles away is the same. Anyone else in Thanet experiencing the same

    Trying to call @ee and so far I've been waiting 16 minutes. "Currently receiving a high number of calls." The waiting music doesn't help much either.
