@EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

@GilesPalaeoLab @EE (Cont) Upon investigation, she was paying £5.50 a month for Insurance with a £100 Excess, and £2.50 a month for a paper statement. She cancelled both of those, and got a new tariff of £14. She also got the Cust Service rating sob story.

@BassmanBowman @EE There was a time my account was locked, So I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support and no response, I contacted @unihacksupport and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too
