@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

@EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by £3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

@JordanRichmond @EE I left yesterday. Was paying £35 for hardly anything on two sims. Got offered £17 deal to stay. Found a new sim company that’s on ee network for £12 (£6 for 3 months) with free eu roaming etc. they offered me another deal after they sent the pac codes.
