@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

  • Saintbarca Steve Fraser (@Saintbarca) reported from Birkenhead, England

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

  • DeanoBrown2010 Dean Brown (@DeanoBrown2010) reported

@EE Thanks for the advice. However, an hour (and four staff members) later, I've been told you simply can't do me a better deal. So after 10 years of loyalty I need to pay more money or go elsewhere. I'm sorry, but your customer service is tragic.

  • Stevereid96Reid Ste Reid (@Stevereid96Reid) reported

@EE Go a mile outside of Belfast and your signal is Billy Wright !

  • wayneski Wayneski (@wayneski) reported

@EE we are now in july. Still no phone signal at home address (from may!) and local area on my 3 different phones. Still can’t even stream music if I’m not on wifi. And still no updates via txt message or mail. Give me the stuff and I’ll fix the mast MYSELF! It would be quicker.

  • DeanoBrown2010 Dean Brown (@DeanoBrown2010) reported

Hi @EE On what planet is it considered appropriate to text your 'loyal customers' telling them they have to sign up to a new contract (that costs double what they currently pay) or they'll be automatically switched over at an EVEN HIGHER PRICE?! You're losing a lifelong customer!

  • siank1tt3h SianK1tt3h (she/her) (@siank1tt3h) reported
