    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

    @EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

    @EE Aha, thanks. I’m not signed up for updates but I do check when there’s an outage. Usually it says there’s no outage. Then suddenly there’s a “scheduled update”, then an “issue” (the one that doesn’t exist) “has been fixed”. Not sure retrospective notifications are what I’m after.

    @EE Oh cheers Mickey pal, a load of ballocks that helps in absolutely no way. 100% will not be renewing any contracts with @EE Imagine paying £200 a month and getting replies like this. And had no service for over a month… “Uk’s nUmBeR oNe NeTwOrK” my arse.

    Shocking service from @EE. Pre ordered iPhone, not heard anything from them. Said it would be delivered on release day, I’ve just called up to find out, now it’s got no expected delivery date. Would have been great to at least have been told this without calling up🤯

    @EE Hello - I was unable to connect to the internet even though I was on strong 4G and 5G signal (a city centre, and a place I visit regularly and know I can normally get good signal). I was unable to connect to the internet via browsers and other apps (not just fb or insta).

    @EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.
