    Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE There's a problem with broadband in the area & the app now says 10.07 so well over 12 hours. I hope you compensate me for having no service when EVERYTHING runs on internet!!! Mobile internet is shocking here & taxis drivers won't take card payment so text updates are needed.

    @EE I’ve had no signal now since 5th December. I was told it would be fixed by 19th December. This is getting ridiculous now over Christmas period with no phone signal!

    @EE I topped up my grandads phone today with £20, but his phone is telling me that he has no credit. Is there a way to check if his SIM is still active as 150 doesn't work? He's not used the phone in a while but is in hospital, so we want to make sure he can call people
