    After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

    @EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

    My contract finished 2 and half months ago, and @EE have been charging me full price. I asked for a refund or money to be taken off my future bill, and I am being told £30 good will gesture. They easily have £100 for me. Expect a formal complaint.

    @BeresfordJane @EE So true. I cycled across Cambodia 🇰🇭 about 10 years ago and had seamless mobile phone signal all the way. I work in a hospital and have no signal at all in the area I work and the WiFi is 🩲 too.

    @EE my broadband is been intermittent today, and now will not connect at all on any device. Just says connected without Internet. Coverage shows no issues.
