    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

    @sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    Looking at going sim only this year with @EE as my phone is still in good condition and the cheapest 5gb is £20. What a rip off. My husband has 6gb with Vodafone for £10. Been a customer for over 10 years and now really considering leaving!

    Bad service from @EE, my phone does not even turn on and after losing almost 3 hours of my life on the online chat & a wasted trip in store I have been sent a link to book the repair in myself, this could have been sent this morning. I just want my @SamsungMobile working again!

    @EE It still doesn’t work. I have no issues navigating the app… it’s a bug within the app AND online that is preventing me from see how much data I have left and impacting me gifting it to members in my family
