    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @EE I’ve noticed for the last couple of months whenever I dial a US number from my mobile the call quality is quite bad!

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

    @EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

    Unbelievable bad experience with @Apple #LiverpoolOne New iPhone 11 with contract from @EE Don’t bother going to ask staff to help you set it up. Will turn you away because you didn’t buy in store. Lots of @Apple products in home #imac #AppleTV #homehub NO MORE @Apple for me 🍏

    Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

    @EE signal issue in Plymouth Ward areas: I've been liaising with the BT (who own EE) Public Affairs Director for Wales, who has advised that the landowner has now allowed access - the mast should be repaired sometime next week. Unfortunately no definite date could be provided.

    @EE It has been looked into and all the time, same response. Nothing we can do just block the numbers. That’s it. I’m utterly disgusted at the lack of support we customers get. Option that was offered is for me to change my number and I have explained why that’s not possible.
