@EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE Yes. “Just in case”. Staying home from work without internet isn’t really an option tho. Not an EE mobile customer so data offer doesn’t work. I’m just quite frustrated at a repeat issue with a long resolution lead time.

@EE Had no network signal for 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls! MK41 area, Bedford. SMS update said would be sorted in 16 hours, but that was at 3pm on 14/05. Any update please? This is frustrating.
