    @EE Ridiculous that I get no service in my area as the mast has been decommissioned and I have to wait till 24th July to see if anything can be done! Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

    I bought a sim online on Friday, paid £20 for a 30GB data pack, and gave my PAC Code. The sim has arrived, my number hasn’t transferred and I have £0 credit?? I need HELP ASAP and you cannot contact anyone at EE? How’s this even possible?? @EE @EEHelpdesk

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE This ee router is just as bad as the bt superhub 2. stop lying about gaming being better on Xbox it is just as garbage on ee as bt I still get my arse kicked every game.

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    @EE hi ordered a sim only deal a few days ago and just received a text saying ' thanks for upgrading with EE. Your delivery address has been changed.....' I can't call 150 not with EE just yet. Can't use customer service as I don't have an EE number yet.

    @EE why, when my partner is trying to sort out our Internet issues (I.e we have none) does it say to text FAULT (he did) and we will have a message back within a few minutes - to have received NOTHING in over 2 hours? What is going on and will we get refunded?!?

    I've had the worst customer service in all my life. @EE told me they'd scrap fees, then said they can't, even though they listened back to the call where I was told they would/admitted it was wrong. Also so rude throughout. How to make longterm customers feel crap. @MarcAllera

    @EE Hold that thought (but thanks) - support have initiated a bill review and are sending a proper paper invoice (they can't send PDFs, sigh). What might have happened is that an MMS (not billed part of business passport) has kicked off a data connection and so charged me the day.

    @EE Hello. Can anyone help me with an ongoing issue with my BT Sport login as an inclusive extra? I've already called tech support about this last week and was supposed to hear from a girl called Natasha between 5-9pm on Wednesday, but I've heard nothing from EE or BT.

    @FirstNorwich It is not the same stop as I mentioned yesterday, but the problem is same. This has not yet resolved, just for your information. I am using a stable connection from @EE and @virginmedia , it failed to load page with both these connections - even now. No updates pending for app
