  @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

  @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?
