    Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

    @EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE Truly disappointed with the service from @ee. After years of being a customer with 3 lines they have gone and messed up my SIM cards and mixed them up. Managed to get sim replacements this afternoon and still can not make any calls. Trust me I’m done and will be leaving them!

    @EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??
