    @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @bt i bought some home discs from @ee 12 months ago and now one of the discs is broken and showing arcadyn as wifi which according to support pages means its broken are you able to replace please @ee said i need to speak to you for replacement

    2 days with no internet, TV & can’t work from home properly. Just casually using my personal hotspot to connect to my devices to use. Glad I’m out of contract with you @EE you’ve provided such a poor service throughout the contract, multiple dropouts & slow speeds. Good riddance.
