@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

@EE The only place I can use my phone at home is upstairs in my room stood by the window and I get 2 bars with down load of speeds of only 4mbps. Down stairs is jumps form 1 bar to no devices with less that 1mbps down load speed. Really poor

@MarcAllera @EE I'd settle for a 4G network that works outdoors right now. Phone a useless brick if no wifi available as no signal to use data. I can't wait to not be able to use 5G.
