Can't make/received calls and to think you said I can cancel mid contract all of a sudden. So much for being loyal for 10 years

The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

If you also have a look at your support forums you will see multiply members having the same issue - which needed to be reset by EE. Thanks for your assistance :)
