    @EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @Kyle8013 @EE There aren't enough IPv4 addresses left. NAT is a problem of legacy IP world. The software that complains about NAT must make the change to IPv6. Almost any mobile network in the world will use CGNAT for IPv4 nowadays.

    @EE so, in the last 12 months you have sent me 38 notifications of problems via My MyPlace updates. The service you provide to users is terrible. I again have no signal whilst trying to run my business from home. I sometimes wonder why my business stays loyal to your poor service
