    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE is there a way to find out if my phone has been dispatched or not? I ordered it on Friday but there was a 'mismatch' so I contacted customer service yesterday. A new one was ordered & my email had expected delivery date of today but on the site it's now saying dispatch...

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @EE It depends. The most recent just before I tweeted you was just a random drop off. All fine and working and then it fell over and needed a reboot. However on Thursday it was slow all day despite reboots. Video calls were near impossible all day.

    @EE are charging a monthly fee of £67.99 to existing customers it is £37.99 and will not negotiate. Ironically they say they have the best network in the UK. I telephoned the call centre and they said they lost contact with the broadband dept as the line had fallen out. RIP off

    And now I can’t make outgoing calls what next? @ee were awful with me keeping me on the phone when gravely ill not once but then rang me back and blocked me I need accebility help I do t remember the contracts for broadband and phone and I can’t access the bolt ins never could 2y

    Absolutely fuming with @EE Closed my complaint! No explanation just that it’s closed. My credit score has been massively impacted now. I notified them of my change of pay date and they’ve only done it to one side of my contract not both. Their fault not mine!

    @EE deeply concerned with the decline in the quality of customer care, I have been charged incorrectly, and it’s so hard to just get in contact with someone regarding this. I need to open a complaint and I don’t think it’s much to ask to speak to a human to do so

    Absolutely horrendous customer service from @DPD_UK_Helpline hung up on by advisor for asking to make a complaint. Incorrect information given by the driver, turned up outside of delivery slot, incorrect location on his GPS on the app. @EE you need to change couriers!!
