    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE The service overall wasn’t great to start so these issues te delivery need sorting but these guys pulled it back !

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE I ordered from your web site 2 weeks ago one of the free pay as you go SIM cards. Was informed at the time I would receive it in approx 2 working days. I accept the post is a bit slow at the moment, 2 weeks to get the SIM seems excessive. Any ideas why I haven’t received it.

    @EE hi EE, I ordered an Apple Watch yesterday afternoon, should have been dispatched and arrived today but I have had nothing. This happened before when I put something on my account and I didn’t get this item for a while until the internal system issue was fixed on my account

    @ee you need better recycling partner than @Brightstar. Have two phones to return & they don't provide insured returns services & will not allow me to send both phones together via insured service if I pay. I have to pay special delivery twice! Added expense to trade-ins!
