    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    @EE good morning! Are there any notes signal losses in the greater Manchester area? My signal is weak and 3G some times E and not the 5G I have been getting!

    @EE hi I need to cancel my 4g WiFi dongle no issues have just had broadband installed so no loner required have no paper work just the dongle what's the best way doing this please thanks

    @EE your broadband service is an absolute joke! This has gone on for far too long, being thrown off our router and now struggles to view anything on WiFi #nothappy #useless #notfitforpurpose

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying Β£40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE is there a way to find out if my phone has been dispatched or not? I ordered it on Friday but there was a 'mismatch' so I contacted customer service yesterday. A new one was ordered & my email had expected delivery date of today but on the site it's now saying dispatch...

    @EE hi, is there a problem with signal in rossendale? I’ve had no signal or 4g for over a week now and have to stay connected to WiFi at all times!! So does my friend

    Sigh. 1 hr+ online chat because @EE had correct address on bill but wrong one for delivering new phone to replace broken one. Only way to correct address? Send A TEXT PIN TO BROKEN PHONE. 🀯😑😭 Surely there is a better way?

    @EE Hi Tom have e messaged you and sent a complaint anyway. But not happy the solution was to buy another SIM card. Had to rely on strangers phones as I was lone working. Husband not pleased.

    @EE sat in a pub in Nottingham, The Trent Navigation Inn and my signal is c@$@p 4g 1 bar then flicks to 5g 1 bar. Now live streaming and camera shuts down because of overheating S 21 ultra.

    @EE my 82 year old mum has had no phone & internet since Friday am. She contacted you as an emergency but no one has yet been to her to fix! This is a dreadful service to your customers especially a OAP! She has no data left on her phone now too. Why is she waiting so long?
