    @EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @EE sort your top up website out. Been trying to top up my mobile broadband data for over an hour now, and every single time I get errors saying it can't be completed 😡

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE I had a similar conversation with EE about the poor reception in Rangeworthy 5 years ago. Nothing has changed! The area needs a dedicated mast to stop the nonexistent or flakey 4G we currently get. .

    @EE I’m sure to have my fire broadband installed Friday 9th September, we still don’t have our router etcetera. With the panned strikes going ahead with the Royal Mail. We will be left with out the internet, in which we need to work. Any help please.

    @bt_uk It’s the @EE network that is the issue and therefore a useless backup option should your connection fail.

    @EE I’ve been trying to use the app and website to check usage and gift data between 4 numbers on my account. I can only see one number and can’t find the option to gift data. Is there a problem at your end? Tx
