    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

    @EE Most reliable Network???? I have called more than 5 times , for 5 times your technical team PROMISED to call me back , like within 1 - 2 hours every time, they NEVER DID!!! IT'S JUST A SMALL PROBLEM!!! I just need a phone socket to be install in my room, 3rd floor .

    @seeyouatthebar @EE I was with EE originally (well Orange) and have had a business contract with them for nearly 10 years. Always been decent customer service but rarely needed to use it. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

    @O2 I’m not a person that leaves a company etc that I’m with easily so it took A LOT for me to say enough is enough and leave o2. My contract with my new network is nearly up but I haven’t seen or heard anything from o2 to make me want to switch back and @EE has been good so far.

    @MartinSLewis I doubt you’ll see this or reply BUT. I’m having real problems with @EE I have been cut off (due to being unable to oh my bills) they have been over charging me for 6 months and I have paid all of them. I’ve now disconnected and being told the only way to contact

    Really annoyed with @EE last few years I’ve spent several hundred pounds every month and the service I’ve had is shocking. Now their incompetence to process a trade in has resulted in them damaging my credit score. Out of contract soon and I am off sick of crap customer service
